I'm handicapped. I had to use the bathroom extreme bad. I have a personal mobility device to get around because walking is so painful. I just got the rudest treatment from Bridget at this location. She even had the nerve to say that I wasn't handicapped or disabled. She interrupted me over and over again while I was trying to have a conversation with her. I have never felt so humiliated in my life. Please don't hire people like Bridget to work with the public. She had the worst attitude and I cannot believe she could even have the nerve to say if someone is handicapped and disabled. I would advise you straighten her behavior out or tell her to look for somewhere else to work. I've been coming to this Dunkin donuts for a few weeks now. She is the only rude person there. I have seen her do it to other customers. She just has a bad attitude most of the time. Also this location is extremely slow at times. Your other location is so much faster and has more positivity and smiles than your location off 2nd Street. I kind of feel like you have a bad apple that is ruining that location. I want to look into that bad apple and not let it affect the rest of your apples. She also had the nerve to trespass me. Read moreI put in a mobile order for a coffee and a refresher and I showed up 20 minutes after I ordered said drinks and they still were not ready, and then when I asked her if they had and apple cider donuts, she couldn’t even tell me for sure if it was that donut, her exact words were “mmm I might be that one, I’m not sure” so I didn’t order said donut, then when I got my drinks I was talking to the manager about how she couldn’t tell me which donut was apple cider, she reaches over the counter and registers, and shoves my drinks in my hand, the when I go to drink my coffee, it wasn’t even made right, I specifically order on the app so I can order liquid sugar instead of cane sugar, but there was still cane sugar in my coffee. No one took my order drove up to the drive-through window, lady at drive-through window saw me and proceeded to play on her phone. I then honk the horn. She looked up again, open the slide window and I asked her are you open? She proceeded to say I don’t think the drive-through is open, I then pointed out the drive-through hours posted on the drive-through window stating the drive-through opens every day at 6 AM.
