I placed a Mobil order on the app at 6:26. I arrived at the location at 6:42. I observed 7 employees working behind the counter and one sitting in the lobby eating. There was one customer at the drive thru window and one in front of me at the counter. No one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. Flies were swarming in the location around the chicken. After 3 min I got the attention of a young man at the counter. I explained I was there to pick up a Mobil order. He spent several minutes scrolling through the register to locate my order. He stated There were no tenders cooked because my order number was not In The system. He asked if I had the correct location and I showed him my phone. He said it was correct but still couldn’t find my order. After checking several times the employee was unable to locate my order using my name or order number. After waiting approx 8 min he called another employee which appeared to be a Manager. She asked to see my email receipt which showed #12. She proceeded to search register again using my name and finally found order #212. She turned to me and asked “how are we supposed to know they put a 2 in front of 12”. She then told the employee in the back to drop mild tenders. I waited for them to be cooked then I was asked by the young man if I’d wait an additional 3 min for fries or did I want to choose another side. I pointed to the fries I saw and said can I have those and he said, “OH, OK.” I finally left with my...
Read moreARMESE was on the drive through taking orders and he was very very sassy. As I’m ordering he kept cutting me off while I’m trying to order my food. I could barely get a word out. Trying to order for a family of 4 but the frustration I was getting from him being rude and seemingly upset avoided me from doing so. I ordered way less than intended because I felt like I was being rushed and he seemed as if he didn’t want to do his job. He needs to be cooking instead of dealing with customers because that is unacceptable. Made me very much so uncomfortable. However the woman at the window was pleasant ONESHA I appreciated her warm welcome. she also came out to give me an update on my food because spicy meat was taking 12 minutes. Very kind of her and professional. She deserves kudos. If customer service is not a priority for all your employees then that’s understood but as a frequent customer of Popeyes I’ve never dealt with such sass and rudeness. Please Popeyes have someone else take the orders so you can have satisfied customers. Got my food they forgot my French fries a sauce I paid extra for as well as not paying attention to me asking for dark meat. ONESHA fixed the issue. Upon stepping into the store to correct my order a smart remark was made “here she come”. Yes here I am. If my order was correct and there was no initial attitude it could have all...
Read moreOrdered online and went inside to wait for it to be prepared (I ordered while parked outdide, so I knew I would need to wait, no problem). Ordered 2 plain fish, beans & rice, popcorn shrimp, boneless wings and mashed potatoes w/ gravy. Received 2 fish with everything on them that tasted more like month old grease than fish (after the crap was scraped off of them), mush, bean juice & a little rice, and little burnt nuggets of popcorn batter which looked like they may have been refried popcorn shrimp from that very same month old grease. The pototaes w/gravy were good, and the boneless wings were fresh, so they were good too (I saw them being cooked to order). Because I live 20 minutes from town, I was not driving back. I also didn't check my order (yes, I should have), but as I was leaving, a man came in yelling about his order, so I left. The young man who waited on me was pleasant, but most of the food was absolutely nasty. Pic of shrimp attached, but hubby trashed the sandwiches before I could get a pic of those. And please, don't give me the "we're sorry we didn't meet your expectations" excuse. Now that I've read the comments, you've been told repeatedly over the last several months, yet obviosly, nothing...
