I used the Subway app to get the buy 2 get 1 free. The lady making the Subs was new and my order was complicated. She didn't panic, certainly seemed dumbfounded about how to fix the problem. The owner of store is such a nice man. He calmly walked from the front cashier back to the Subway counter. He listened to the problem and gave her the information she needed to hear. Problem solved. This was my first time eating at this location and it will definitely be my last! All four of my subs were extremely heavy with mayo and I did not ask for extra. I am going to assume the heavy mayo was to cover the fact that none of my subs had cheese on them and they were supposed to! Worst subway i have ever been to. I sat in the drive they line for 10 minutes without even a please hold.
