The company and the person I deal with are wonderful.
The 1 Star is for the solution that they offer through Motorola “Wave on Cloud”
The system/radio constantly lose and reconnect (annoying tone) I was told that the USA system is superior. In Canada the “IOT” provider is horrible. My team is constantly reporting “my radio is down” they have proven unreliable. I know they are not “PUBLIC SAFETY” quality, but I’m not sure what pointless use these would be for.
You can’t even be bothered to allow wave on cloud Canada and USA to connect…. Even Zello has more options!
The portal is even worse. Constantly being locked out and Motorola making internal changes that even have the support team scratching their heads. Well that’s if you get a support person that is decent. One guy has the personality of a nail clipping, with roosters and dogs in the background and creates a “ticket” or as I have began to call a “clock stopper” because it usually needs a second or third call to make something happen.
Imaging your car breaking down and needing to wait and follow up, just to explain your vehicle problem?
Now my company is also likely being charged for a DOA (Dead on arrival) radio that arrived, when we first signed up.
It literally took MONTHS to get a replacement, all while being charged for the service to the DOA device.
Now magically the DOA device wasn’t received by Motorola and we may be charged for the device. No credit for the months of being charged for a dead device. I would think this would have balanced out.
Seems the ONLY obligations that are/were met is the monthly charge that we are paying!

The salesman I have used, apparently quit shortly after me receiving the radios and then I didn’t hear from the company for almost 2 months.
