Amazing Graze — Restaurant in Fort Smith

I received a gift box from Amazing Graze, from a neighbor, the day after I moved into my new house. It was a cross-state move with about 100 boxes and 3 bedrooms of furniture, and needless to say that was probably the most common sense gift you could give anyone who can’t get to their dishes, pots, or pans. I happily lived on the box for 2 days. Today I finished the scraps. The charcuterie was some of the best, if not the best tasting I’ve ever had. It was absolutely divine. I’d eat that every day for the rest of my life and have no complaints. Mine had blackberries that were so succulent, some of the sweetest grapes I’ve ever had, along with some delicious strawberries and blueberries. There were a few cheeses: Colby, Brie, havarti, Swiss, and maybe one more. The meats were Turkey, prosciutto, and salami. A nice selection of crackers and a sprig of Rosemary to top it all off. (Do yourself a favor and do not just consider the rosemary for decoration. Eat it!) There were some wonderful little sauces: mustard, answer and spicy jam something with a date flavor, and honey. What a lovely store! My Wife and I really enjoy good Epicurean foods but don't like the time it takes to prepare a charcuterie board. We were told about Amazing Graze by a friend and decided to drop in. Their store is beautiful and has everything you might need to make your own charcuterie, including the boards and all the goodies to put on it. However, if you're like us and are a little on the lazy side, then they will make one for you, any size and any occasion, what could be better?
