I had one of my employees go get snow cones and one of the girls ordered a vanilla with cream and it came back blue. She didn’t want to eat it to dye her mouth blue while she was at work. I called and asked if they would replace it and was immediately told no. I told them that vanilla isn’t blue and was told yes it is and they would not be replacing it. I said will you give her a refund then and they said no we took the product. I then asked is this how you treat your customers and he said yes. I asked for the owners name and he said this is the owner and I then stated so this is how you treat your customers and he stated yes.he was extremely rude and we were not satisfied with the product. Vanilla snow cones are not blue. He clearly does not care about his business and how he treats people. I sincerely hope people do not support this kind of ownership.being rude is not okay when everyone spends their hard earned money on the little things that would typically bring us joy.
Since I can’t respond to your also rude comeback. Everything you are saying is also inaccurate. The girl who ordered the snow cones was not the one who ordered a vanilla with cream. She ordered a vanilla with cream and was given a blue snow cone. She did not know it was incorrect until she got back to the store and was told that isn’t a vanilla snow cone. You were rude to me and I am entitled to my opinion. No I was not happy with you and how you spoke to me an and were short and rude. When she came back she was told that it was vanilla but that it was a sky vanilla that’s why it was blue. So your story once again isn’t correct. If you had acted like you wanted to help me and were sorry or gave me any kind of explanation you would have never gotten a bad review. Attacking customers after they voice their opinion about your product and after trying to reach out to you, shows what kind of person you are. I can promise you one of my customers would have never been treated the way you treated me today and if they had that person would no longer be employeed. You should also spell check before posting something. Maybe you got your education where you also got...
Read moreI took my family there today for the first time. The drive-thru line to place the order took us around 30 minutes, note that was just to place the order. To get the order it was around another 30 minutes and I had to end up going to the patio to inquire about my order of 2 drinks. They were busy, but for no reason I could see it taking that long to make 2 snow cones. They were good, but they weren't anything special.
I appreciate the quick feedback. Unfortunately, this was my experience during my visit to your establishment. Here are some notes based on your feedback.
Yes, we did wait ~1 hour total from the time we entered the parking lot until the time we received our snowballs and that is no exaggeration.
I understand and saw that you have a sign at the road that states that it is a 30 minute wait to order. However, we were not expecting to wait 55-60 minutes total for our order. In addition, you might want to visit why orders are taking so long if it takes 30 minutes to take orders from 5 cars. Maybe your customers can't see your physical menu or find a digital a menu easily from the drive-thru.
I know there is a pandemic. However, of the other restaurants that we visit during this time, no one has taken near the time it took for this order and my guess is most food establishments choose to follow the same guidelines. E.g. Starbucks has many unique drink combinations as well and choose to wear gloves and masks.
Yes, I posted this review on multiple platforms because not everyone uses Facebook. If you do not want reviews on multiple platforms, then consider removing your business from...
Read moreCame to the Greenwood Ave location on 4/5 around 5:30pm and ordered a few sno cones, one of which was the dole whip style one that there’s a photo of on the wall. I was informed they couldn’t do the pineapple cup but could do the sno cone part. When they handed over the sno cone it didn’t have any cream like the one in the photo did. When I pointed out the error they charged an additional 38 cents to add cream when it’s obvious in the photo it should already come with cream. When I got the sno cone back i didn’t see any cream added at all. Additionally, when we were watching them make the sno cones one of the girls operating the machine said “oh! My opal!” and stopped overeating the machine to fish out the stone that fell off her ring into the basin where the snow comes out of the machine 🤢 I would think some sort of quality control like sanitizing the machine after something like this happened or simply having a policy where personal items would not be allowed to to be worn to minimize the risk of coming into contact with food would be implemented. I can’t say we would visit again based on...
