Originally bought a water pipe with a percolator for $175.00 at this store. The associate was very dismissive and kept persistently disregarding the type of pipe I was interested in. Within a week of owning this pipe the percolator broke inside of the setup. It wasnât dropped or handled harshly, and because of the construction it cannot be taken out or repaired. I originally posted my review on their Facebook page highlighting the points that in my experience their products are cheap, their prices are high and they donât listen to their customers. I was approached on messenger by the store inquiring about when I bought the pipe, when it broke, if I tried to take it back to the store (which I replied no because it had resin in it and due to it being broken it cannot be properly cleaned) then was told I quote âWithout knowing that it can be taken care of, you left us a bad review! We donât think thatâs smartâ I asked how it couldâve been taken care of. I quote âUnfortunately, itâs too late to take care of it now. If your piece was broken before you reach home,, you would have given a full refund ... the only thing we can do is give you %15 off your next purchase.â First I would like to know how it wasnât smart to leave an honest review about my experience and the product I bought at this store. I was under the impression thatâs what the concept of reviews were. Second I said in my review that I will not be returning to this store, and which they acknowledged in the messaging exchange. So Iâm curious as to how a discount on my next purchase does anything. Which obviously it doesnât and mentioned in my reply that the whole exchange from the coupon to the fact that I clearly stated it didnât get broken on the travel home highlighted the point in my review that they donât listen to their customers. I went to post this conversation on their Facebook for potential customers and found my REVIEW WAS REMOVED. Yes they had it removed simply because it was honest. Itâs clear this business doesnât want transparency for their customers or honest reviews unless they are positive. I left a second review with screenshots of the messenger conversation under the post but who knows if they will keep it posted.
TL ; DR : This store has cheap products, inflated prices, dismissive staff, and will remove any negative experiences / comments to better their image...
