McDonald's — Restaurant in Fort Smith

Sorry for the long review, but I prefer to give fair warning and details in case my experience is a one time thing or repeating for any future fellow customers.

I highly do not recommend this McD's to anyone who:

Is meeting someone here to eat with them and you have ANY food or beverage from anywhere else, don't come in or you will be verbally assulted by a manager.

Anyone who tends to bring in food from anywhere else, via the gas station, other fast food, etc. to mix up their meals.

People who work on their laptops in public areas.

Please read all below for more details...

I work online and while sitting here on my laptop (With my purchased drink, as a curtesy since I feel bad having to come use their wifi), I saw a bunch of road weary teenagers enter to use the bathroom.

You could tell they had been on the road for a while (most likely a summer break friend vacation together), and were just making a pit stop.

As they walked to the bathroom, the manager approached them rudely and told them to get out-- all because they had sonic cups in their hands(?). She stated "I have a sign on the door saying not to bring in outside food here. Get OUT with that right NOW."

They complied, but were obviously shaken by the lady condronting them, and kicking them out. Some teens had to go so bad, they had to hand their sonic cups to those who didn't need to go as bad, just to use the bathroom.

For online workers; I understand checking up on us every once and a while, but the cashier has come up to me as if he was going to say something (repeatedly, I'd say around 10 times at least within less than 30 minutes), just to turn and walk away when I go to look at him approaching. It is distracting for work and he rushes away too quickly for me to ask why he is doing so, or to politely request he give me some space.

I picked a table that was clean, far in the corner, and no one has eaten within two tables distance from me for about 2 hours. So cleaning isn't the reason. I worked fast food before. I can't think of why he is doing so unless he is trying to pressure me into feeling I have been here too long for that manager of his.

I hope you all have better luck than me, but as it is, I don't plan on returning to this specific McDs, if just over the fact the manager wouldn't let road weary kids go to the bathroom. Thats too wrong for me to support by buying menu items and filling their pockets.

I think I'll test this theory with the other McDs in town when I have the chance. I didn't origionally peg McDs as prejudice against people who like more than...

I come to this Mc Donald’s a lot in the evening hours because I am just getting off work. I always ask for my food cook to order at the speaker so that way when I get home my food is fresh. I check my food before I leave always. I have never gotten all my food cook to order. Tonight I ordered a basket of fries 2 mc chickens one with mayo and one without. And 6 cookies. The kitchen did their job perfect. But every time the white female up front that I see working every time I go up there gets an attitude when I ask for my fries to be remade. The last time she tried telling me they would not remake my food. Today she asked for my fries back. I passed them to her through the window. I guess she thought I was gunna eat the fresh ones and the cold ones.😂 when she closed the window she wanted to start getting an attitude like I could not see her ( last time was talking shit before the window closed) but gives me a fake smiles. I pull forward and not even a minute of me pull forward they bring out my fries. It takes over 3 minutes to cook fries. When the white woman with smeared eye liner comes out with the fries. I instantly asked her if they dunked old fries back in the grease. She goes oh no maam these just came up. We put you extra fresh cookies in the bag. She put cookies in my bag that were past the point of sale. And even had the time sticker on them. The fries where 2 different colors from being put in the grease twice and I guess they were mad at this point because they did not salt my fries. I really hope that Mc Donald’s opens other location that stays open later other than the Grand location because they can not handle the business and they treat their customers like crap for having to work...

I honestly believe I’m experiencing passive aggressive racism from their night staff that runs around the 10 o’clock 11 o’clock hour. I’m straight lied to when I asked about the products that I have requested like my sauces last night. I ordered 20piece nugget shareable with honey and a 4d combo extra sauce. I got nuggets no honey they made my sandwich with pickles. I had no napkins. I’m handed my bag and hurried up rushed off before I can really look at things because I ordered quite a bit. I’ll even double check them and ask Hey did you get me honey and I’m was lied to straight to my face. I’m always having to go backwards and they’re not simple mistakes. It’s like a whole different sandwich from what I ordered is being handed to me though they’re handing me my receipt with the rest of little odd items but one thing is always markedly missing or wrong it’s happening every time, every time I am not given the basic bag material, straws, or my order is wrong. I have stopped going to McDonald’s at night mostly last night was a chance again the behavior was the same. I don’t believe in coincidences. Once or twice in a few months ok. But I am losing count on the times my order has a mishap and I’m having to wait another 10-15 min while my other food is getting cold. I am now to the point it is about me and their racism not just...
