Had the worst pizza ordering experience I've ever had last night. I placed my order at 735pm before going inside Walmart off of Kelley hwy. The app said my order was ready by the time I got back inside my car. It takes a little over 10 minutes to drive from that Walmart to this Pizza Hut so there was an additional 10 minutes even though it said my order was ready. I pull up in the drive through and they tell me it's going to be another few minutes on my order. Well I end up sitting in the drive through so long that everyone that was behind me backed out of the drive through lane. I kept seeing the workers inside talking to each other and looking at me but nobody was coming back to the window. Finally at 812pm someone else came up to the window and I told her what had happened and she told me that sometimes the app says the pizza is ready when it isn't and I told her that I had placed the order at 735pm and I had been sitting there waiting for long enough for a brand new pizza to be made. Right after I said that they finally handed me my pizza at 813pm after I had ordered it at 735pm so almost 40 minutes and the pizza they handed me was half undercooked with no crust flavor at all so what I'm guessing happened is that one of the delivery drivers grabbed my order by mistake and they had to make mine all over again, which if that was the case then they should've just told me that instead of trying to lie to me about the app. I don't usually like to make complaints about things but this is ridiculous and if I hadn't been lied to about it then I wouldn't be posting this and I wouldn't have sent all this information to the corporate...
   Read moreI just order my food and found a hair inside my melt I had called the store 4 times and when I did reach someone they put me on hold for 5-7 minutes and then hung up on me. I used to work at this store and slowly the quality has gone down and itâs saddening⊠The only good part I can state about this restaurant is that the answering service that picks up when the store DOESNâT was kind and helpful and polite. But when the service desk tried to make it right I called the store to double check the replacement was on the way, a lady answered, didnât give her name, said she was the only one in store so there COULDNâT be a hair, and proceeded to snap at me saying I do this all time when the last time we ordered something from them we never complained. The when she hung up on me, I tried to call back and she just left the phone sitting on the counter and walked away not once but two times. I would have happily brought the food back for a replacement but with that attitude, I realize why I donât order pizza from Pizza Hut anymore. Even got a voice recording of how she acted too....
   Read moreThe first night I ordered pizza she said it would be arriving in about 40-45 min. It was an hour and twenty min. Before they got to my house and my order wasn't hot anymore. I called the store to see if I could get it for free he said no. I said let me speak to your manager he got real smart with me and said the mgr couldnt do anymore than he could I said I beg to differ get him on the phone then he came back and said he could give me a credit. I said I'm figuring a credit for the same order I just paid for but no. A couple of days later I call back to redeem my credit and that when I find out it's only $10 when my original order was $24 the call center and the store should show the same thing on their computers but they don't there's no communication between either and the people were rude at the call center and the store I got hung up on three times. What happened to the customer is always right. I order from here very often this is the worst exp. I e ever had with me makes me not want to eat...
