Target — Local services in Fort Smith

i’m not the type to ever leave reviews, but as i went to try on some swim suits i walk up to the counter and unfortunately interrupted a group of about 5-6 employees talking about their plans foe the weekend, which is fine. but what is not fine is that i’m standing there waiting on someone to help me and they ALL just blankly stare at me, with dirty looks like they are annoyed i walked up. no one says anything so i say, “do i just go in?” and the only male in the group says “no...? well how many items do you have?” my cart is FULL of stuff. so i start counting each item and they immediately go back to talking. i then say, “about 25” to which i’m ignored. i repeat myself and again get blank stares and dirty looks. he says nothing, i begin to adjust my cart so it’s not in the way, and in the most condescending tone he says, “pfft, you can’t take THAT in there.” he then walks back to the dressing rooms and i follow, he unlocks the door and as i’m going in i thank him but by the time i turn around to shut the door o see him basically running so he could get back to his friends. i’m not expecting 6 star luxury service in the Target dressing room, but i am expecting human decency and respect. they made me feel so uncomfortable and like i was doing something wrong for coming to the...

This target doesn't carry a lot of the merchandise that's advertised for online. Ive had so many problems where they over charge me for items whenever it will say it's on sale on the ad and then them charging me full price. So you need to always check you receipt. Since they dont carry anything that ive been needing in store at all and they have it on sale on my cartwheel app I've tried to order it and pay it in store and they won't let me do that. I've just had too many issues at this target and since I'm a coupon er Ive had so many issues where I've had to wait in line for 30 min or over because they can't seem to get my purchases right. So always check your receipts. I always have the issue of where I have to wait at the customer service to check out and half of the time there is no one at customer service. Plus while at it they constantly run out of what I need. I've gone in there so many times to see that there completely out of what I need. i love target but I apsolutly hate this target. I've already spoke with the manager to try to at least get one issue resolved and lets just say he was of no...

I have visited this store a number of times over the years, the last 2 times, I was NOT happy with them, I now have bad knees and have had one replaced, I can not walk the whole store over, so I now use the motorized carts offered there, on friday, there were 3 carts plugged up, I unpluged one the light kept flashing which says ask,for help, got off that one and the other 2 was same way, my husband went asked for help one girl tried to help but didnt know so she went got what we thought was a manger, she turned off then on one cart and then said you can shop with out a cart or use a wheel chair we offer, now this happened the time before friday too, no one at the store cared one thing about if i could shop or not...I understand they do not have to offer these carts but if they do they should try everything they can to help people who need them to shop...I have doubts I will every try this store again...back to wal mart it is...shame on...
