As someone who is usually satisfied inhaling anything remotely edible at an airport, believe me when I say the grain bowls here cannot even be considered food. The brown rice in the grain bowl here is so dried and hard, I legimitely thought they accidentally added pebbles to my bowl. The chicken was tender, and the veggies were decent (except the old steamed broccoli), but they definitely left the brown rice sitting out without a lid since the last century. Their dried, hard brown rice reminds me of when I was a college student. I cooked rice, scooped a steaming, hot bowl of it, and was about to take out side dishes to eat with the rice, but then remembered that I hadn't submitted my assignment due within the hour, so I hurriedly left without even touching the rice, forgot about it, left the rice out, continued to forget about the bowl for a week, and, finally, walked back into the kitchen where there was a bowl of rock-hard, dried rice waiting for me that was inedible. Except that never happened to me. Ever. So thank you to possibly the worst location of Crisp & Green for giving me what that must taste like. Try the grain bowls here if you ever want to pay a relatively cheap price of $16 to chip your teeth.

Had a horrible experience at this place in the airport. The kiosk where you place your order is not synced to their inventory. So they take your money upfront when you place your order and if they can’t make your food because they are out of ingredients you are out of luck because you already paid. They refused to process a refund and made me take a photo of a slip of paper with a link on it where I now must go submit a refund request. Really upsetting to pay and get nothing and have a convoluted process to get your money back.

Service was awesome and the salad was delicious! A little pricey but worth it! I made my own bowl so it took a minute but he (I’m awful at remembering names) was on it! So props to who ever worked 6/23 around 8! Food quality was wonderful (I work in the food industry so I’m a little picky about how the produce is), the portion was more than enough, probably could have been split between two people and I looove that it’s mixed and ready for you to eat!

I should have checked their reviews before ordering. The food wasn't good and it was missing several of the advertised ingredients (salsa, avocado, peppers, and bok choi). The young woman who called my name didn't communicate this and I had to ask why the bowl looked like it was missing ingredients and she said very annoyed sounding and plainly "we ran out of salsa". No apology or attempt to rectify the issue whatsoever. After taking a few bites and assessing the contents of the bowl it became apparent it was missing a lot more than salsa so I walked back up and conveyed that to the young lady and she (even more annoyed sounding than previously) retorted with some brush off attempt excuse about how they got slammed and ran out of a bunch of stuff, and again no apology or attempt to make it right. I called her out on it and she directed me to the manager who wasn't much better but agreed to refund me. I wouldn't recommend this...

I see this place is closed on weekends now! If you like doing everything this is a place to work. I mean they want you clean between orders. You have to cook if you are the line making salads. You have to wash bowls & tongues you dirty. If you are out of dressing you have make yourself. (Homemade dressings) . No matter how busy you are you have to stop making salads clean or make dressing or cook or wash your dishes. IF you find Free Time you have to wash Crisp & green dishes or Customer burgers dishes. They have no dishwasher. I see this closing...
