I should have read the reviews before my visit. This is the absolute worst restaurant I’ve ever visited and especially at an airport. First, why come to work at all if you don’t want to work and if you have providing customer service. The food staff looked at every customer as if they not only hated their jobs but them and moved like snails. From the cook to the line servers to the manager on the register—absolutely awful. It took entirely too long to get a veggie bowl—most of the items were out and the grill guy finally made more—taking another 10 mins to cut a few pieces of meat. Second, The manager came out from the back to help and looked as if he also hated his life. I watched him ring up orders without so much as saying hello back to customers or acknowledging them in any way. He glared angrily the whole time. Moreover, I clearly said I have a veggie bowl and he charged me for chicken anyway—not the same cost. I would not recommend this place at all! Awful!

My experience at Qdoba was horrible. The staff was very rude. One of the employees even called me names. When I asked to speak to the manager, the employee claimed to be the manager. There were two employees involved, one named Ashley, who also claimed to be a manager. They were both disrespectful and even laughed during the incident. I will not be spending any of my money there. Same time this is what they give me as order if they need themselves self

They are so confused when you ask them for nachos. This took a lot of painful communication to even get to this point. Thankfully everyone was very nice and tried their best to understand what I was ordering. Never been to a qdoba that doesn’t have nachos before…

New advertising for their plant based protein brought me in. They were out of 80% of the available toppings...No fajita vegetables, no pico and the only salsa available was a corn mix. Minimal ingredients were used in my burrito bowl. At the end I politely asked for more lettuce to at least make the bowl a little larger and worth the $11.50 for steak the gal working the line rolled her eyes and put a small handful on top.

At this point I was just merely disappointed that my bowl was going to suck but then I glanced in the back kitchen/prep area. Disgusting! There were dirty kitchen rags on the floor, sandals out in the open and one worker blatantly not listening to the line workers asking for more things.

I completely understand if they were swamped and super busy to be out of everything but they weren’t. Also even if they were everyone’s attitude was terrible- unapologetic for being out of many vegetarian options and even acting annoyed. Multiple people including myself walked out of the line and went somewhere else.

Super unfortunate-health inspection needs to...

Terrible experience. Online says open at 10, we got there at 1030 and asked the worker what time they would open they said 11. We sat right across from the restaurant waiting for them to open because my child has food allergies and this is the only allergy friendly option in the airport. When another customer asked they said they are now opening at 1130. I then went up and said you told me 11, and they said “well the food isn’t ready”. This was all while I saw them sitting up front on their phones. I then told the supposed manager (she wouldn’t give me her name) that we were waiting and you could clearly see us and I said this is the only restaurant my child can safely eat at at the airport due to allergies and I don’t want her to eat elsewhere, she said “F* your child, I don’t care, go catch your flight”. Terrible workers, terrible experience. One gentleman was the only guy apologizing to us. Hire better people to represent your company, because they...
