Starbucks — Restaurant in Fort Snelling Unorganized Territory

Embarrassingly terrible, lazy, disrespectful, snotty, slow workers.

Only me and another guy, took 10 minutes for the guy ahead of me to get his drink, which they gave him the wrong thing, when he told her, she had a very nasty attitude.

Took 15 minutes for me to get my drink. I ordered a hot caramel macchiato, once I finally got it, it was luke warm and just a regular coffee. What a joke.

Workers were just diddle daddling the whole time while we were waiting for our drinks. They are more interested in looking at their phones and talking to each other instead of helping their only 2 customers.

The worst part is they EXPECT a TIP after this “service”. Unacceptable and embarrassing.

I was in yesterday afternoon, I was in a rush so partly my fault for not inquiring the price but completely unassuming anything could be this off about it. I ordered a chocolate cake pop for my son and a large iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. Checked my card this morning and I was charged $21.32 !?! I understand airports upcharge but dang that's twice as much as what this order costs me day to day at any other Starbucks. A nice calm seating area overlooking planes, and a very friendly and helpful staff. The tables and comfortable chairs are nestled around a corner and face full-wall windows, which created the perfect place for our group to relax and chat over some snacks away from the hustle and bustle of the main hallways.
