Subway — Restaurant in Fort Thomas

Everytime I order food from here I am always disappointed. I usually order on the app and arrive at the time my food is supposed to be done (or sometimes even later) and it's never done. One time I arrived on time and they kept putting my order to the side to take other people's orders; they would finish their order and then go back to mine, like my business was less important even though at that point I had ordered my food over 45 minutes before those customers had even walked in. That would all be forgiven if the sandwiches where at least made right, which they NEVER are. The bread type is always wrong on at least one of the sandwiches (I have a family of 7 so there is a lot), there is always toppings on there that I never ordered (you could say it was a few that just ended up in there but no this looks intentional), or missing toppings that I did order, sometimes I am given mayo when I order ranch, and the sandwiches are usually not even toasted even though they are ordered that way. And I'm sure that it's not my ordering because anytime I order at the Newport location it is always made exactly right. Also, not to mention it's always filled with nuisance kids of the town who vandalize and cause trouble. So needless to say this will be my last time I am ever going here. I only went tonight because I chose that location on the app by accident, which was only two sandwiches this time and they couldn't even...

I came to town from West Virginia to visit my boyfriend who lives here in the area. His car was in the shop so we mostly just ordered food off Uber Eats.

We ordered a footlong meatball sub with extra american cheese for myself, and then he ordered a cold cut with extra cheese, a bag of chips, a drink, and 12 chocolate chip cookies.

I then placed the order... We got a call about 5 mins later from Subway saying they were out of cold cuts, would he like something else. He decided to just get a meatball sub too.

Our Uber shower up with just that sandwich and told us they said at subway we only wanted one sub. The Uber driver apologized, told us he rated this Subway with a thumbs down.

We then had to call Subway and tell them we didn't get the other footlong sub, the chips, the drink, or the 12 cookies.

We then have to drive all the way to Subway, after paying for an Uber to get out food.

My boyfriend goes in to get it, and he got everything expect they were out of chocolate chip cookies. So he had to get a variety, and even then they still didn't give us all our cookies. They only gave us 10.

Do NOT go here, I will never return to...

We’ve had a roller coaster of emotions with this Subway...it closed and we were so bummed. Then it reopened by a new owner and we were ecstatic. Then we went to this location under new ownership and were appalled. When we walked in, there were a group of about 4-6 brats (12-17 years of age) sitting there. Not patrons because they weren’t eating. Not workers either but friends of the employees. It was bad enough that they were cussing loudly and my daughter kept looking over at them (9 years old) but I was infuriated to then hear they dropping the n-word. There was no complaining to any adult about this because kids (or young adults) were in charge and were friends with the offenders. We decided to eat our food outside to avoid that mess and they came outside to smoke by us!

I’d like to also note that this was not a one off incident. We gave them another shot because we like to support local business owners but it was just as bad as the first time. We’ll drive the extra minute to the Subway in Newport. I’d rather fight the Target/Kroger traffic then have to listen to a bunch of brats taking over...
