Highland Hills Park — Attraction in Fort Thomas

THE BEST DOG PARK I have ever been to. Our pups loved the different levels of the park, the variety of terrain (grass, mulch, dirt, water). I mean our dog literally thought they were running around free without even knowing they were still fenced in. Everyone was super nice their and the same goes for their dogs. the dog park looked a bit lacking in my opinion, but the park itself was perfect to walk my dog around! plenty of parking, lots of green space, and friendly people! i enjoyed that it wasn’t just flat, there were some hills. i can tell there’s more to be explored once the snow has melted more! i felt very safe. small playground + bathrooms, too. Great park with lots of green space and a small hiking trail route. Watch out for off leash dogs, though. On several different occasions, I have encountered dogs off leash not able to be recalled by their owners. If a dog cannot be recalled, it should not be off leash, not to mention it is against city ordinances. City of Ft. Thomas—maybe you should consider enforcing this ordinance more. Otherwise, a...
