Update: The last two times I have been i have waited more than 20 minutes beyond estimated pick up time. The most recent time was more than. 35 minutes. There were o ly two girls visible not greeted when I walked in. I had sent my oldest daughter I. to get our order but after 25 minutes I walked in to see what was going on. She said they had told her they were out of one cookie we ordered, no biggie, she told them to go ahead and substitute it. The you d lady then must have cleared her order outand completely forgot about her. When I came in and was updated by my adult daughter I tried to get here attention but was dismissed. As a manager of a store myself I get it things happen however on e he you get lady came over and I talked to her she said sorry I don't think we even have an order for you...my daughter said sorry but you're the one that asked what substitution I wanted. The young lady probably though we were going to get upset if she acknowledged she made a mistake, which we weren't but please don't lie. I showed her my order again and she said oh ok. We waited an additional 5 minutes. Please know I understand being short staffed but please teach the young staff to stop taking orders or pause third party orders when they are...

I am so upset. I ordered a dozen cookies and they are the worst I've ordered. I spent 42 something total. The fruit cake which I was looking the most forward to is raw! I can't even pick it up. The majotiry of my cookies are undercooked except for the fried icecream cookie which tastes old. I always order from Jefferson, so I figured I would give Coliseum a try because its closer to home. What a disappointment. To make the matter more irritating. I called the store and got a young gentleman who I told the consistency of my cookie was raw. His only solution was to say I am sorry if it is raw thanks for letting us know. No offer of do you want to bring it back and we look at it to replace it. Or come back we'll make it right. Nothing at all. I will never be back at this location. They didn't even show me the cookies. I had two orders, mine and a friend and they showed me the small one and then just handed me the big one so because my hands were full I didn't check which is my fault on that end. Please do better. Over priced for raw dough. I can't take home and bake longer because of the topping. The attached picture doesn't do it justice to tell...

This is the 2nd Crumbl location to open up in Fort Wayne. If you haven't already tried Crumbl, go for it! They have new cookies each week and so many options to choose from. They post the cookies ahead of time (Sundays) on their Instagram and Twitter accounts so you are able to see what they are featuring on Monday. All Crumbl locations are closed on Sundays so be aware of that! They have fresh and hot cookies ready to order. They are very big cookies as well so it's worth the money! The service is very quick and usually takes about 2 minutes for them to give you the cookie after ordering! If you sign up through the Crumbl app you are able to earn points towards free cookies as well as a free cookie on your birthday! I definitely recommend Crumbl to anyone who loves sweets...
