Worst experience at a Culver's! Very slow service. The party we visited with ordered the same time we did at the 2nd register. They received, finished and was leaving before we received our food. My child received a corn dog that was so burnt the breading was cracked and falling off and the hot dog on the inside was charcoaled in places. My deluxe sandwich was missing the toppings. Took the corn dog to counter and showed them the corn dog and banged it on the counter to show them what my child was expected to eat. The two agreed that it was horrible. They went and brought a shift manager back to counter. She apologized without being sincere. She then refunded my money for the corn dog kids meal and started to hand me a number and she would bring a new corn dog out when it was ready. I said no I would stand there and wait since we had waited so long anyways and I wasn't going to sit and eat food in front of my child that was waiting. She ends up going to the back plopping a corn dog already prepared down the shoot. Walks back around grabs it and hands it to me wrapped. I get it back to the table it is not much better and my child took one bite and spit it out. The photo attached is the 2nd corn dog. I should have taken a photo of the first. It is over cooked and as dark as their BBQ sauce. Not ok. If the cook won't eat it they shouldn't serve it. And the shift manager that sent out the second one is just as bad. Your employees at this location need better management and...
Read moreEvery time I go to Culver’s they never disappoint. I had went last week and it was in the middle of the dinner rush, which comes with expected wait times and maybe some mess ups because everyone is busy and running their tails off! The drive through was a little slower than usual and that’s okay because the girl sounded like she was new, we just had to be patient. The girl at the window was very nice, we then pulled forward to wait for our order, which was a little larger than usual. The gentleman came out and handed us an order that was for the car behind us. Everything was ok I just waited for the next gentleman and we swapped orders, he was very kind. Now I had my order but I overheard a lady in front of me who also must have gotten the wrong order. She was screaming and yelling and this poor kid & he just froze and did not know what to do. He said something along the lines of “I don’t know…” and she cut him off very loudly, screaming “I know you don’t!” Absolutely baffles me. In the middle of a dinner rush mishaps are going to happen, that’s a risk of eating out. The way she handled her situation was immature & I sincerely hope that boys night got better and he didn’t let her get to him. He went and got an older gentlemen who seemed to handle it. Listen, mistakes happen! Kudos to Culver’s and the kids that have deal with these kinds of things on a...
Read moreI love Culvers. My husband does not..so we don't eat here often.....imagine my disappointment to make an order online for the family, go pick it up, get home, start eating and.......find the pork tenderloin had been cooked with a quarter sized part of another still attached to the middle...gooey and undercooked with the parchment wrapper that goes in between frozen patties still there (already ate some and gave some to my 1 yr old)...and my concrete mixer lid had been broken during the mixing process and pieces of TINY PLASTIC were mixed in to the ice cream that I was sharing with my ONE year old. Thankfully it was me and not my baby (hopefully) that got bites of tiny plastic. NOT COOL. love your service...the kid that brought the food was great as always....but QUALITY is seriously lacking. Can't imagine if my baby had choked and gotten cut up, food poisoning, -or worse- from such careless, needless mistakes.....want to feed your baby uncooked meat and sharp plastic ? Culvers is the place,...
