I am writing this review so that I may compliment the entire crew of your store. Over the past few months I have dealt with the lunch crew on a very regular basis and wish to express my highest regard toward their service and attitude. While I realize the staff is greater than this, I haven't really had much opportunity to counteract with them. The following front-end crew have been exemplary in their performance: Anne, Joe, Missy, Nadine Natalie, and Yvette. As I said, I realize there are more valuable crew members in the back and during other shifts, but I simply haven't had much dealings with them at all. When my family and I dine at Fazoli's we of course expect to eat some really good food, but of greater value, are always greeted with a smile and pleasant attitude. What's more, I have discovered that the friendliness displayed is genuine and not a put on. The employees not only take our orders and bring it out to the table, but they take the time to actually talk to us, to strike up a quick, yet friendly conversation. It is always so very welcoming as it make us feel like family. I was shocked when, just a couple of weeks ago, I found that Joe is the manager- not only is he working the counter taking orders and bringing them out, he is quick to replenish breadsticks if walking the floor and, just like all of the front-end crew, to always engage in friendly and inviting conversation with every one of the diners, making them feel genuinely welcome. My surprise is simply that I assumed he was "just" a crewmember doing his job only to find that no, while being a leader, he is also being a servant- the greatest quality of leadership. Anne and Missy, also managers, act in a very similar manner, always greeting the customers, checking on them at their tables, and making them feel at home. I cannot tell you how appreciative we are of this. What's more, beginning with the managers, I have seen this quality trait of always placing emphasis on providing wonderful customer service passed through and, flourish within, the rest of the employees. It is because of behavior and respect of customer service such as this that my family and I continue to give Fazoli's our business and loyalty- they deserve it. Your employees deserve it. Without a fantastic crew like this it wouldn't matter about the food, there would no real reason to return...
Read moreWe went this past Saturday. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. The girl taking our order got it all ordered right. We had 5 kids and 2 adults. She handed us 3 silverware packages and 3 plates. First off we were the only ones in the lobby. The trash and where people put their dirty plates were overflowing. The girl who took our order had friends running all over the lobby and she never checked on us, never stayed behind the counter either. We paid extra for the chicken Caesar salad and we had to ask 3 times for it. We had to ask multiple times for more plates and when she did give us plates one had a long brown hair clearly visible on it. Then we had to ask multiple times for more silverware. We had to ask multiple times for breadsticks. We didn’t get our salads until after we were already ready to leave. Our food was cold. A lady came to us and told us we could have anything we wanted to Compensate for the troubles we had. When we were leaving I asked for a refund. Mind you I paid $80 for cold food and lack of service. The male cook came up to us with an attitude basically telling us we were sh!t out of luck because their manager just left for the day. As we were leaving the girl who had friends running around the lobby were now outside light off fire crackers behind the dumpsters. I get that everywhere is short staffed. I know how it goes. I’ve done customer service all my life, but I would never act like the girl or the cook. By the way the ceiling is covered In mold! Visible to everyone in the lobby. Makes me wonder how the cooking area is. I would rate this zero stars if I could. It’s definitely not like I...
Read moreThis dining experience is why I never pick somewhere to eat when my husband asks what I want for dinner. This is what I get: a disaster. Apparently there were only two people working? The girl said there were four but she didn’t know where they were.
After ordering our food, I began my hunt of a clean table. Literally every single table had food/trash all over. Trash and food all over the floors. Found one moderately clean table in the sun room area, during sunset so I got to sit with the sun blinding me (no curtains). Awesome! After 15 minutes of waiting for our food (whatever), it left a lot to be desired. Like I get it, it’s not Olive Garden, but for as long as we waited you would think it would be fresh-out-of-the-microwave hot instead of lukewarm and tough. The breadsticks (we only got one each and had to go up and ask TWICE for more) were hard as rock. By the time they finally came out 15 minutes after the first time we asked, I didn’t even want them anymore. Another guy came with his family and asked the employee for a wash rag for his table so he had somewhere to sit, and they just gave it to him. Hint: the appropriate customer service is to say “oh no sir, I’ll get that for you, so sorry!” And wash it yourself. This fazolis is a **-hole, there’s no nice way to put it. I’m normally very forgiving of customer service fallouts but this is my second visit like this, and with service and food quality this terrible...I predict running out of business within a year or two. Get your stuff...
