Atrocious customer service and treatment! Placed an order online for delivery, gave a very generous tip as I always do. They sent an updated text saying their partner driver company door dash would be delivering my order. An hour went by after receiving the text saying my oder was on the way. Naturally it never came. Manager was a real peach and a gem of course. She told me that she would quality quarantee my order, blahh, blahh, blahh. And that it wouldn't be delivered that I would have to come and pick it up there. So I did and my food was cold and the crust was so burnt and hard I couldn't eat it at all. I then also asked for the delivery charges of 4 dollars and my tip for the delivery I never received to be refunded when I picked up my order. She basically refused saying that with a quality quarantee (worthless since they probably just me the same food they made 2 hours earlier) that my delivery charge and tip would be refunded to my card. Obviously since I'm leaving such a lovely review of this hole in the wall Pizza pallor, that never happened either. All in all, great job Papa John's! Keep up the stellar customer service, and quality of product/food you serve, and before you know it you'll not even be a hole in the wall Pizza pallor :)) But I'm sure you'll still have customers coming to buy from a food cart pizza joint...
Read moreWent in today (07/25/2023) when they opened at 11:00.. Order a papadilla (philly cheese steak) pizza and bbq wings.. Ordered an Uber to get home from the carry out and was given buffalo wings instead of the bbq I ordered.. Called back for over an HOUR before getting through only to be told by the order taker, 'thanking you bery much but you have to contact manager which is option FIVE for manager, not option three for order.. I can't be bothered to call the manager over, call back and use the right option.. DESPITE having been on hold for 45 minutes WAITING for said manager to answer.. When I called back and finally DID get the manager, I was told despite the 10 dollar uber ride I took home with the wrong order, the order was MADE for carry out and even though THEY made it wrong, they would not send the order to Me via delivery.. Yeah. I managed two Papa John's stores at the same time in Phoenix, from 99 into 2000.. I'd have lost My job telling a customer anything resembling those words.. They can keep My 'credit' on their books until Biden wins his next presidential election, because hell will freeze over before I EVER give this store...
Read moreThis is by far the worst Papa John to order from. Used to order alot from them with no problems. But for the past few months nothing but problems. Order in April and the food was great however I didn't receive my cheesesticks that I order. When I called the store they said they never made any cheesesticks for the order. I asked if they can make them or and deliver them or if I could just get my money back. I got neither. They gave me a free call to redeem. Now if I could ever get the store to answer the phone again that would be great. The last time we order pizza I order it at work so that way when I get off me and the wife can enjoy some dinner together. The papa track said it was already made and being prepared for delivery. It was on being prepared for delivery for almost a hour before I got a message from Google pay that my money was refunded. If they were just going to cancel my order why wait a hour to do it. I could have just made something at home instead of waiting for the pizza. This was the final straw with this place. Will most likely not be ordering...
