I have been a regular since the store opened. This is one of the worst I have seen it. The manager has fired the workers which ran the store smoothly, or they chose to leave on their own accord. I usually go through the drive thru, most times it’s not bad but my drink (brown sugar shaken espresso) is either made great (25% of the time) or tastes completely wrong. Today I mobile ordered, I understand it is a holiday, but the mobile order worker had people waited 20-30 minutes for their drinks. Cups were lined up at times but with nothing in them. The drive thru was going smoothly, as well as the food. I’ve never really had an issue with the food. The atmosphere was only welcoming because of a nice man that was sitting at a table with a sign that says “need to talk, I’ll listen”. I loved to see that. Read moreThe staff is super kind and I love that part about this location, but the service isn't that good, this morning (Oct. 12, 2019) I went to get a Pink Drink and it took them at least 15 minutes to get it done. Staff had to ask me what my order was again because they forgot to do it and we were waiting. The drink was good. 2 weekends ago, I went to this location and I ordered one Grande Pink Drink and a Grande Vanila Bean Frap, it took them 30 minutes to get that to me. Then I was hungry so I ordered 2 Chocolate Cake Pops (kinda expensive) and a Venti water which is free. I got the cake pops fast and I was very much happy, but my water? Another 20 minute wait for a water. After I got my drinks and food and left. I tasted the Vanila Bean Frap and it tasted like a water with Vanila flavoring. Read moreI will say this place is quick. Coffee is good. But they get things wrong all the time. I always get a shaken espresso, and half the time it’s not even shaken. I can live with it, not a big deal to stir my own drink. The biggest thing that drives me nuts about this place and all other starbucks locations is you actually ask people to tip you from the drive through…and you don’t even run people’s cards for them! You want me to tip in the drive through and you can’t even take my card and swipe it for me?
