Yummy Thai Restaurant — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

Very nice people will not lie. But I got my orders and took them home to my wife and got a call 20 min later and she said there was hair in the rice and mind you the hair was imbedded in the rice meaning if you had any rice from there today it was cooked with hair. When they noticed it they had just started eating and instantly everyone lost their appetite and threw the food away I had gotten there to take the food back to the restaurant and get a refund because literally anyone would lose their appetite in that situation but they only wanted to give me a refund for the one dish or re make it all which was unacceptable due to everyone being revolted by them cooking rice with hair in it. Why would anyone want to keep eating the food when it possibly has been cooked with hair in it. I even took pictures of all the food other than 1 item I ate in the trash I couldn't bring it all because I would have had to go through my garbage and pick everything out by hand. Like I said nice at first but don't find hair in your food and expect good treatment or them to understand that it's impossible to keep eating food you know might have hair. They got so rude when I said I don't want food from them again...

I really do not understand why this restaurant is rated so highly. When we walked in, it took several minutes for someone to come out of the back and seat us. After that, it took at least another five minutes to come back with menus. Our waiter got us our drinks pretty quickly, but took forever to come take our orders. After he did finally take our orders, he didnt refill our empty water glasses. It then took more than 45 minutes to get our appetizer, and more than an hour to get our entrees. When they did come, my seafood tom yum soup did not have the scallops in it that it was supposed to. It was also way spicier than the two I ordered it at, making it far too spicy to eat. When I told our waiter that it was missing the scallops, he told me it didn't come with scallops, even though it clearly says it does on the menu, and argued with me about the spice. I asked him to take it off the ticket, which he did without further argument. The entire reason I ordered the soup was for the scallops. Don't tell me there aren't scallops in it if it says there are...

I love this place. The food here was really good. I got a fried rice and I was like wow. I can tell Steven Khual made this. The food here makes me feel like I’m at home🥹. It’s amazing! The food here is magnificent and magical. Service here was amazing too. I have a crush on this guy who took my order and his name was something like Baby Steve. The atmosphere was amazing too. The speakers in the ceiling were playing “On One Tonight” by gunna. The music was not too loud or too quite so it was beatiful and amazing. If you guys ever get hungry, you guys need to check this place out. I also want to give out a big shoutout to Ha neu for providing him and his family this very exquisite and luxurious restaurant meals.
