Today TUESDAY OCT 1 2024 I was at this restaurant at about 7:10 am in the morning in the drive thru and the lady (no name on the receipt but she is a heavy set tall woman) was very very rude upon taking my order. (This is not the first time I or my grandpa have been through this with her along with her co-worker who is an OLDER woman maybe in her 60s) Well as I’m trying to explain to her my order in a nice way, she always has the need to respond in a negative/ bad attitude. “is that it” just straight up cutting me off all the time . I asked for picante sauces on the side, kindly took my food, said thank you and still no sauces were there. I waited there for a bit because she rushed off she knew she didn’t even bother throwing them in there. So I kindly asked for 3 and she had the audacity to look annoyed and only gave me 2 😒 I’m not saying to be overly nice but these two woman are always like this in the morning to both me and my grandpa. Today I changed it up by ordering & getting the food myself instead of my grandpa doing so and they still (as always) get his order wrong. My grandpa does not like to sit there and make sure everything is in the bag correctly because he just wants to get home, eat & well assumes he always gets he pays for. But these two woman always fail to get it wrong! Today it just stuck out more because I see them thru the window obviously gossiping about us, just down right terrible as far as service goes are AWFUL customer service, the bad attitudes, the skimping on sauce and food order being wrong is just terrible. I’m sorry I just had to call them out on it idk what they going thru in life or what but me and my grandpa love Brahms breakfast but these two woman in particular make it the biggest hassle. Read moreAlright, let me tell ya about Braum's. It's one of those cool places in town where you can grab some ice cream, chow down on fast food, and even pick up groceries! Here's what I experienced:
First off, the cashier at Braum's was real friendly. They had a big smile and were helpful as can be with my order. It's nice when folks make you feel welcomed, ya know?
Now, let's talk grub. Braum's got a good variety of food options. Burgers, fries, all that good stuff you expect from a fast food joint. But let me tell ya, their ice cream game is on another level! I couldn't resist diving into some of their sweet treats. And hey, kudos to them for having fresh produce right there in their grocery section. It's like having the best of both worlds.
But here's the thing. Braum's tends to get pretty packed, and their parking lot is a tight squeeze. I had to do some serious maneuvering just to find a spot, and it wasn't exactly easy getting in and out. They could really use some extra space for us hungry folks.
Inside, it's cozy, to say the least. Finding an open seat can be a bit of a challenge, especially when it's busy. The place is buzzing with activity, which can be exciting but also overwhelming. I reckon it wouldn't hurt if they rearranged things a bit or added more seating options for a comfier vibe.
All in all, Braum's is a down-to-earth spot where you can enjoy some tasty ice cream, grab a quick bite, and even stock up on groceries. The friendly staff and food variety are definitely a win. But they could make it even better by expanding that parking lot and giving us folks a bit more breathing room inside. Braum's, keep doin' what you do, but let's make it even more comfortable...
Read moreEDIT: 11/17/20 (Active Manager On Duty- Debbie) They just informed me that they will not enter your debit card information in the POS system manually, even if it is broken and you are waiting for a replacment card in the mail, Debbie, the lady who told me was the morning manager, said they can not take my information over the phone or enter the card manually, What is going on Braums??? When did your staff become so reluctant to offer customer care or service? I spend Money in your Place EVERY day! No More. I will be looking for another place to spend my money from now on. This location consistently does not meet our expectations with the quality and freshness of the food we order. We often get the wrong food handed to us via drive thru and told to pull up and wait, we frequent for breakfast, and the hashbrowns are over cooked most of the time, today we order the same 2 sausage egg cheese biscuits with 2 orders of hashbrowns, with 2 large drinks, (Same as most mornings). We were told to pull forward after paying, then after waiting we were brought breakfast burritos. When they did bring our food, we brought it to the office to discover they had not given us the hashbrowns.
