The woman up front looked like she didn’t want to be there. She never looked at us or greet us, I greeted her and placed my order. I couldn’t hear what my total was since she spoke very softly. I understand when people are having a bad day but as much as I was trying to make eye contact and smile so she could at least smile back, she wasn’t giving in. Instead of saying “we’ll call when your order is ready” or something, she just said “that’s it” and walked away. I sort of felt bad for her. The food was good, my husband went up there to order more food to go, and the second lady was much more friendlier. Been coming here for 10+years back in the day you could get 2 burritos rice beans and a drink for 6 bucks it's about 10 nowadays but food is always great menudo is the best in Texas guaranteed the caldo is awesome on a cold day the barbacoa is very clean tortillas are amazing I always get a couple of Chile rellenos "poppers" with my meal you MUST try burrito de Jamon.... I got the beef lunch flautas plate. The rice and beans tasted fresh but the overall meal was not filling. The flautas were quite small. I saw someone who ordered a bowl of caldo and it looked amazing. I definately ordered the wrong item. Next time I go back I am getting the caldo. Hope it taste as good as it looks. Will update my review when I try it. Their torta also looked really good too!!!
