Best Donuts — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I agree with the other person that comment these new owners don't care and have attitude. For the last 6 weeks my husband who is terminal has been craving Maple donuts I go almost every day and they never have more than one. Talk to a man that claim to be the owner and Explained why I would like to have them every other day for my husband and he assured me that all I had to do was ask them to make them if he was not there. Well today I got the woman and miss attitude because I asked her to make Maple bars for my husband, who told me no she was not going to make them. So I left and went to the donut shop down the road. I will be spending my money there from now on I got no attitude and got exactly what I wanted 6 Carmel donuts without any issue without any drama so I guess Best Donuts that charges a dollar a doughnut that didn't want to make Maple bars will lose my business and the 40 to $45 a week I'll gladly take to the other place now....

For anyone that frequents this donut shop - 2400 NE 28th Street- my mother takes my son daily for a donut. It’s what he looks forward to (prolly not healthy but I let her spoil him). Today the man refused to serve my mother or take her money (cash not card) and told her don’t come here no more, 5 dollars and up only good. So basically even though she is a daily customer, he refused to continue to take her money any longer and told her not to come back because she wasn’t spending at least $5 at a time. Wow business must be awesome for him to turn away a grandmother and 3 year old who were daily customers! We will take our business elsewhere. I hope others won’t support...

Had a great quick experience purchasing my donuts. I was greeted and thanked for my business as much as one can expect when buying donuts in the morning. At this time only the drive-thru was open but I knew what I wanted so no big deal. The taste of my regular glaze and regular chocolate donuts was surprisingly good! I went to purchase regular cheap donuts for several people and I am still surprised by how good they were and honestly how good they still are tonight.
