El MIL Tacos — Restaurant in Fort Worth

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. My friends and I went to get tacos after hearing people brag about this place. When we tried entering the building with a BRIGHT O P E N (keyword: O P E N) SIGN!!! The gentleman at the door told us the lobby was closed and we had to go to the window which wasn’t a problem for my friends and I. Keep in mind this was at night and it was around 50-60 degrees. Upon arriving to the window there was a gentleman already waiting; we stood behind the man for 5-10ish minutes (felt longer because of the cold) when we asked the gentleman if his order had been taken. During this wait the girls inside the building kept on laughing and looking at us which we thought they were just working and having a good time which GOOD for them! The gentleman stated his order had NOT been taken. The gentleman then proceeds to knock on the sliding door S E V E R A L times before the girl decided to open and stated they were closed GIGGLING. I understand if a business closes early but it’s RUDE to watch customers outside in the cold waiting! The ladies could’ve kindly stated they were closed and we would’ve left! SECOND the gentleman should’ve told us they were closed and turn off...

Food was pretty good. However, service, unfortunately makes me not want to go again. Waitresses looked mad. At first i thought they might be having a bad day, but after i saw the reviews, i realized that wasnt the case, it actually is a common issue at this restaurant. Our waitress wasnt listening to what i was saying/asking. Asked for prices and gave me the wrong prices, so when i paid it was way more that what she had originally had told us. I told her about it and she basically said oh well my bad. I asked for pepino con limon water and she brought me melon. I told her i had ordered pepino water and instead of just being nice about it, she was like "you said melon". Not attentive. Gave us our food yet didnt give us a spoon/fork until i asked for it. Had to ask for more cilandro y cebolla, had to get up and take the napkins from an empty table. She never cared to come see if we needed anything. Overall, she was rude, didnt listen, and just felt very unwelcoming. To management, find some one that actually wants to work there and be kind and treat that place as if it their business and im sure more...

My girl mentioned this restaurant two days ago, so we ran by. The parking lot was a bit small and it was after the restaurant closed inside so there was only the walk up window. She'd said she didn't want to wait long, but I really wanted some Street tacos. So, she decided she'd get Fuzzy's up the street, but I was set on my tacos. I ordered 12, 6 Carne Asada and 6 Pastor. They had it ready and out the window in my hand in less then 15 minutes. And that's with at least 10 people that were initially ahead of me, they were turning orders in and out. Got home, opened up and oooohhhhh yyyeeeeaaaaaa!!!!! Literally, the best I've had in the Fort Worth area. I mean, beastlyness. My girl tried the it and immediately regretted getting Fuzzy's, hah. It was so good, today I just bought 20 for myself and 4 for her, she's not as big of an eater. Hands down my experience both times, 5 Stars. Will definitely see...
