Taqueria San Luis — Restaurant in Fort Worth

The place is to small and there is a long wait to be seated. You have to be crowded on top of each other between the restroom and the only entrance. Servers were confused on who was getting service next. The food was not great. I order scopes, which it seems that the scope was seating there forever or they reheated 3 times because it was hard. I was not able to bite through the sope. I ordered Pambazo, which has to have potatoes, but looks like they scrapped the last bit out of the pan, because I hot the burnt part and not enough of it. I order fried quesadillas, yet again, it seem like they reheated it or it was sitting there for awhile. Very very greasy. I decided to stop by for a torta since it was on my way home. I ordered the asada torta but didn’t open it until I got home. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the bread was dry and overdone. The meat was not a lot and was cut into very small pieces (see picture), resulting in a torta that felt and tasted like 95% bread and only 5% meat. The overall taste was mediocre—edible, but not enjoyable. Honestly, I would recommend Taco Bell over this experience.
