I love the pizza however tonight was a bad experience. I ordered a pizza it took me some time to pick it up and it happens quite often with me however the pizza always still look good. I know what the pizza should look like because I have had great experiences all over DFW with it. Tonight I informed the rep that the pizza is burnt and i ask that I have extra ingredient’s the pay is no issue. This did not happen and the pizza was just thrown in the box and the edges were burnt. I got into an altercation with the rep who wanted to argue. I informed to give my money back or redo it. Of course he couldn’t see anything wrong and he voiced it. Finally he decided to make a new pizza and the ingredients are there but the entire bottom of the pizza is burnt and taste burnt. If I can post the picture of it I will. I am so disappointed in the service because I really like the pizza but I don’t know if they have the oven too high or if it’s impossible to be consistent with the Pizza. I never had this issue in Las Colinas. We have ordered hundreds of pizzas and they weren’t burnt. Now I will have to drive way out of my area to get a pizza or go elsewhere. I am not able to upload the picture but I will save it. This was money...

NOM NOM NOM! We were tired, it was getting late and since most of the restaurants were already closed, we just decided randomly to pull in and get pizza. We strolled in the door to be pleasantly surprised with a bright, clean, cute little entryway with slideshows/pictures of the owners, staff and many of the events that they attend. There's even a couple of benches to sit on indoors and outdoors while waiting for the pizza.

We were greeted by a friendly fella who almost looked excited to see us. Even as we sat outside...when the driver walked past us, he greeted us like old friends.

Absolutely love the way they cut the pizza into strips instead of triangles. I'm a giant fan of crumbled sausage and there's literally not a square centimeter that isn't covered with a topping. Big containers of fresh ranch for only $0.50. and cool little cutouts on the top of the box for containers of Parmesan cheese. Not some teeny tiny paper packet. An actual serving.

When we got home and I opened the lid of the box I almost passed out with excitement. 100% will go back there again!

(We ate there two weeks ago but coincidentally we saw their booth at the ArtGoggle event this weekend and it reminded me to leave a...

I am the Showroom Manager for Ajax Glass & Mirror and we are very excited that Johnny is opening a new location at Bryant Irvin near our store. I have to share a great experience I had yesterday, I called to check on the status of the opening of the new store and was told it would be end of next week. The great thing was I asked the owner if it was in any possible to have a delivery from his current store on 8th and he not only said yes he delivered the pizza himself. This is what I call customer service!! We cannot wait for the new store to open they will not only get the business from our store they will be my Friday night pizza go to for my family. Thank you Johnny for a great...

I won a pizza party giveaway via Instagram, and i Fratelli Fort Worth did an amazing job fulfilling our order. 5 large pizzas, a 20-person Cesar salad, one dozen cookies, and a gallon of sweet tea were boxed and ready to go promptly at noon. I really appreciated the boxes so that I didn't have to make a bunch of trips. The pizza is always amazing. My favorite is the Del Bianco. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try!

Yes the pizza is alright for a quick bite in general however it’s not as good as other pizza places around the city. The pizza lacks flavor(varying on which pizza you order), a little greasy to my taste, and the thin crust tastes like crackers. Yes I know there are some people who like how this place makes their meals but I’ve tried it 2 times now and I’m not a fan.
