INCREDIBLE. This food truck focuses on hibachi, sushi, and Korean food.

I got the steak hibachi plate. Came with fried rice (you can opt for white rice), grilled veggies, and noodles. The steak was tender and flavorful. The fried rice was outstanding. Honestly it was all great. Came with a sort of mustard sauce on the side.

My girlfriend got the Korean beef short rib plate. Came with fried rice, kimchi, and grilled veggies. She said everything was great and the short ribs were very tender. Only thing she was not crazy about was the kimchi. She said that it was a bit strong for her liking but I guess that is up to preference.

We got the two plates and a taro boba smoothie. I tipped a few bucks so it came out to be $40 total. The quality and flavor made it well worth it though. Cheaper than going out to eat and getter something similar that is for sure.

I really hope this place lasts. There is nothing like it around and it is incredible! I mean, just look at the photos I took, they don’t lie haha! Oh and the guy who took my order (I think the owner?)...

First time around waited 45 mins for dry ribeye bulgolgi and crumbled rice (it was old and they tried reheating it) for whatever reason they put gyoza drowned in sauce and they got on everything and tried to make up the slow service by giving me cold eggrolls?

2nd visit I ordered chicken bulgolgi some easy and simple, a couple after order 2 orders and some how got there’s first so I guess there food was easier then cooking chicken, 40 ish minutes pass and the lady says “almost done” but 15 more minutes past by so I just left and asked for a refund and hopefully will recieve one. Overall don’t expect fast service or good food, I wish they did one of those...

A friend referred me over to this food truck & I decided to go try it today. I came right when they opened for what I assumed is a second shift, father & son duo which is always dope to see ! I ordered an hibachi fried rice plate with steak & shrimp, also came with veggies & 2 orders of pork egg rolls. Total was $30 not bad at all. The food: was amazing. Fresh, hot & soo good. The wait: is to be expected for the quality they provide, I’d say it was about 20-30mins. Overall 100/10, I’d definitely comeback...
