I stopped going here for a while and started going to Leftbank, which I still love. I decided to give this place another try because it's closer and I was on a time restraint. The nail tech nicked and cut my fingers up and my nails were horrible! The white part of French nails was SO THICK that it wouldn't cure properly, I had white polish all over my hands and the lines were uneven, the nails looked warped, and were like duck nails when I asked for square shaped, I even showed a picture! They were just ugly! When I said I thought they looked messy, the nail tech looked angry at ME?! Lol I didn't do the nails, and I wasn't okay with paying $75 for those nails! Another girl that works there was being so rude and talking about me not liking my nails to other customers in spanish thinking I didn't understand. Then I asked to show Allison the nails, and she fixed them for me. The girl who speaks Spanish was looking over her shoulder and laughing like they weren't clearly better after Allison re-did them. I spent another hour of my time getting my nails fixed when I only went because I thought it would be faster. They CHARGE THE SAME as Leftbank, but work fast and messy, they don't remove nails properly(they just pop them off fast), and they don't even offer drinks. Leftbank also fixes any nails that break for free. Not this place. Spend the same amount of money at a Luxury nail salon, not here! Maybe good for pedicures, but not nails and not with...

I came to this place with a lot of expectations but I ended up not wanting to come back because of couple reasons. If there was zero stars I would’ve done it. My friends and I went to this nail salon to get our nails done for fun. And there was 3 ladies, 2 who did nails and 1 who did pedicure. I wanted acrylic done and the owner was rushing cause she had to be somewhere. So she decided to quickly did my nails and was rushing. She didn’t clean it properly and didn’t shape my nails even. And the length wasn’t the length that I like. Then my friends nail wasn’t like her inspo picture. The color was off and the nail shape looked horrendous. All of us went home unsatisfying and decided to shape our nails at home. The next day my pedicure chipped off and the sides were kind of peeling. After a couple of days I heard from my other friends that went there couple of days later, and she said the people there were talking bad about us. Saying how we were picky but didn’t have money. I had high expectations for this place but it disappointed me and will never come...

I asked for a simple one color set of nails. Was expecting dip but she decided to do it the other way, which is longer. I asked for medium oval shape, some do not look oval ! My thumb nails are way shorter than the rest. They look very uneven :(. My right hand has acrylic around the nail. She took forever with such a simple set of nails. Very disappointed, I believe I just got a girl who does a poorly job, because a girl next to me got a beautiful set done. The color I chose doesn’t really match my final results. She was rushing at the end , just horrible set of nails. This place is really a hit or miss depending on the girl you get.
