Flat Top Biscuits & Gravy — Local services in Fort Worth

I tried Flat Top Biscuits and Gravy for the first time today at the Keller Farmers Market. I had the jalapeño cheddar biscuit with sausage gravy, chives and fresh sliced jalapeños😋🙌🏻👍🏻 The biscuit was made up of fluffy layers and golden brown on top and bottom. GREATNESS!!! They grill the biscuit and ladle it with cream sausage gravy and top with chives and fresh jalapeño slices. It was so great I will definitely come back for this and to try their other spins on biscuits. Their biscuit flavors are Herb & Cheddar, Sourdough and Jalapeño & Cheddar. I had their cheddar and thyme biscuits all the way and I have to say it was phenomenal. The biscuits themselves were a bit more dense than traditional southern style biscuits but that ended up being a part of what made them so great with the gravy. Instead of getting soggy, they retain their texture and flavor and it's only complimented by the fluffy white gravy that is generously poured over them.

I first heard about Flat Top Biscuits & Gravy a year or so ago, but living in Brownwood, TX, I hadn't had a chance to visit. My husband, an avid biscuits and gravy lover, and I decided we had to try it if we were ever nearby. Today was the day, and it did not disappoint!
