This individual has been at our food truck park since February. In the busy season, she was thriving in sales, selling out, begging to come back out because she was doing so well (when the weather was great).

As soon as slow season hits in July (when of course the Texas heat is not fun), she is scheduled 3 days in a row at our park. Her truck was utilizing a space, utilizing our electricity, and she didn’t open her window for three days straight (taking up a food truck spot so we couldn’t book another one). She voiced we were not flexible and making no money during this time. Of course when you don’t open your window, you won’t make anything. The food trucks and our bar all felt it during slow season…you have to understand taking the good with the bad in this industry. We are very understanding with food trucks and require communication if she wasn’t going to open, so we post our line up correctly. Just like any work place, no call no show is unacceptable and makes our establishment look poorly as well. Those dates were July 28, 29th and 30th. She went back and disputed all three days with her bank almost 8 weeks later in early September, taking money back. She handled things very poorly and unprofessionally and took us by shock.

Food truck purchase 2/15/23 at 600 E. Las Colinas Blvd Irving, TX. Very disappointed! Over 2/3 of their menu items were not available. They were re-heating aluminum baking pans as they opened their ordering window; literally, in front of us when they opened at 11:30 a.m. I saw chef place a Bertolli alfredo sauce can inside their pasta as they were re-heating food (it's obvious their pasta sauce is not from scratch). No Cajun flavor whatsoever in the food I ordered. I ordered the Swamp Quesadilla. It lacked quantity, flavor, and lack of toppings. Imagine two regular flour tortillas with cheese and shrimp inside for $14. Excessive! No sides included. I also ordered their peach cobbler...sadly it tasted like a cinnamon roll instead of actual peach. I would not buy again. We were a group of 6 individuals that ordered and all of us were highly upset with...

Worst experience ever!!! Stepped out to enjoy the beautiful nice sunny Sunday and stopped by revolving kitchen, which is where this company was operating out of. First and foremost we waited for our food for about 30 minutes after placing the order. We ordered the stuffed turkey leg, with shrimp, it came out with crawfish and it had to be sent back. My friend ordered the seafood box, and it was a bowl. Advertising was way off. We ordered the pouch drinks and selected out flavors, they brought out what they wanted us to have and when it was brought to their attention, they stated the flavors that they brought out was the only flavors that they had, so we settled for cherry limeade.

I forgot to mention when the turkey leg was brought back out, the turkey leg was overly salty and the Mac n cheese was not...
