Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I'm glad I haven't reviewed here yet. It's always been a hit or miss but today was my last straw! I placed an order for drive through and waited the allotted time. I pulled up, I'm told to go to the 2nd window. As I pulled up, nobody greets me or acknowledges I have an order placed. I wait for over 5 minutes to have PART of my order, shoved out the window without asking who the order was for or what the order was! I pull around and notice 2 items missing, so I go inside to let them know. The chick doesn't even acknowledge she heard me and walks off. So I stand there looking clueless and dumb af for 5 minutes until finally somebody comes by and ask what's up with my missing items. She tells me they're working on it. Honeybive seen yall push at at least 5 orders while I'm standing there. There's no reason mine shouldn't have been a priority and the first since I got everything else! I have never wanted to hop over the counter to put somebody in check or make my own meal in my life. And for times like this where they screw up or clearly don't give a crap! Coupons or extras should be offered and given. I've got toddler twins at home and a father with dementia and yall shorted me and put me on the back burner. Shame on these youngsters that...

Arrived at Jack N Box on Hulen/Risinger 07/16/2024 between 11pm-12am due to my 80 year mother had just been discharge from hospital and she wanted a burger. Long story short, the meal was $23.00 and some change. My mother handed me $100 bill to give male window attendant. The female worker standing next to male window attendant started shouting and using very foul lanuage towards us and the male attendant that my mother had taken all her ** change. She continue with foul language and aburtly handed me $5 and $1 bills which I did not mind the $5 and $1 bills. She then got on phone, I am assuming with superviser and started raising voice that a lady took all her change. I do not care for the rudeness and highly foul lanuage. If you did not have enough change, you could have told us that. We could have did another payment method but you never asked. The male window attendant stayed calm and polite throughout the time. As for as the female worker, If you do not like your job and do not like interacting with people esp the elderly, please find something else. We and esp my mother did not deserve this type of service. Shame on you and Jack N Box if they do not address...

When to get food ay about 12 midnight the night staff was only 2 at the time I arrived it was only a car ahead of me then another car pulled in i set 15min behind the car in front of me before they finally took there order and they pulled forward when I got to the order box the guy told.me to wait and I did for another 10min then I pulled up. And then waited another 6.min behind the car who was previously bin front of me. Once the car got its order it pulled off I pulled up. I explained to the young lady that I had waited and she proceeded to take my order the guys whom I assume was a over night manager. Got on to the girl for taking my order at the window then came and told me they couldn't. I explained I had been waiting he says.it on two people working. I asked what the store managers.name.was.he said they didn't have one I told him I would.be there first thing in the morning and and pulled off. I would have understood if there was a line around the building but 3 cars and both of you had on headsets and you could.keep.up with orders of 3 cars. And then was rude and wouldn't take my order like you were slammed...
