Friday nights is when we mostly order pizza and we like to call ahead because of the wait. The last 3 times or more, I have called their phone isnāt working. Just last week I decided to drive there anyway and when I asked if their number changed the person at the register said no. The phone has been off the hook, literally. Many other customers that walked in mentioned the same thing and you can see the phone is off the hook. The manager was alerted many times and he said I will look into it. Nothing to look into just put it back so you can actually get calls for orders. I was there for over 15 minutes and that phone remained like that. I guess he rather have customers come in to order and wait a long time and they donāt have to feel the pressure of having to make the pizza ready ahead of time. I as a customer almost walked away that night, as another lady did who was there way before me and they never even dropped her order in the damn oven. From now on we will go somewhere else since calling isnāt an option on busy expected nights. Sadly, we love Little Caesars, just donāt like how this management has been going lately and we have been going here for almost 3 years since moving...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCalled twice and no answer despite letting the phone ring a long time. I wanted to get a light cook on my Italian cheesy bread and I wanted to pay cash, without using a large part of my lunch break to wait. Due to no answer, I was forced to order on the website, which offered no options for any request, etc. I also had to give my information which is possibly half way to Turkey by now.
Just to get lunch.
Arrived on time to get my order and unfortunately it was way over cooked⦠to the point that the edges were crunchy like tortilla chips, it was hard to tear off the pieces, and the cheese was toasty brown like plastic.
The opposite of how I wanted it cooked.
When I mentioned that I called with no answer the associate apologized but made no offer to answer in the future. I also showed him that it was overdone and no comment. It should have been comped at the very least.
I did not want to be rude so I took my lunch and went to my car.
This location had absolutely no one there waiting and the pick up bins were 90% empty. I was the only customer. Why couldnāt they answer the phone? This entire fiasco was preventable.
It is rare I leave a bad review. This experience was very...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was asked to wait about 10 minutes for two pizzas. Not a problem. I am a mid 60s male with high risk issues for Covid 19 infection. I stood at the end of their counter where I could see back into the kitchen/ food prep area. Several young people working. I saw only 1 person wearing a mask correctly who also washed his hands before working on a pizza. One I saw had his mask pulled down below his chin. He was quite an enthusiastic talker which means he was projecting saliva/ sputum at great distances across the room, and presumably onto the food being prepared. In the time I was there I saw nobody else wash their hands before handling food. I pointed this out to the clerk at the counter who was wearing her mask. She then went to the back and said to the young man with whom I was concerned something to the effect that he had been singled out for not being compliant. I left. That will be my last time to go t thus Little Caesar location on Hulen south of Risinger. If eithe my wife or I come down with Covid symptoms, we will contact an attorney to take action. There is no excuse for non compliance. Poor management can ruin...
