Subway — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I came in at 9:30 pm. Clearly the sign says 10 p.m. and they had everything put away they said they're out of everything the only sandwich I had to pick was a turkey sandwich and they toasted in everything and to top it off they had no vegetables they said they don't even have lettuce how am I going to eat a sandwich with no lettuce and no vegetables so I just left I was very frustrated and very annoyed because this is not the first time this has happened I come many times on different times of the day and I still get bad attitude from the black girls the guys are okay they give me better service but the black girls there are very horrible attitude they make me feel so unwelcome and they look like they don't want to work there they just want to have their pretty little nails done but they don't want to work for it I'm never stepping foot in that location I don't recommend it to nobody trust me you don't want to waste your time, and also they had their little friends there visiting and talking to them at one point they shut all the lights completely while I was still there waiting on my sandwich which I didn't even get to even get they're so unprofessional and very disrespectful to the max they don't care for their...

Fire manager and re-train entire staff!

To be honest I might have wrote a review in the past about this location. But in my most recent visit I was reminded why I don't go to this location. Whomever is in charge on purchasing supplies in the store is horrible at maintaining enough to be stocked into the evening. How may I help you- can I get a foot long wheat bread- we out- uhh how bout Italian herb- we out- how bout- we only got white bread- ok give me white bread- can I get a steak egg and cheese sandwhich- we out of steak and egg- ok how about pepperoni and- we out of pepperoni- ok how bout roastbeef- There were 4 of us... arrived at 8:10ish we literally didnt pay until 8:45.... The guys were doing there best with what they had to be honest. Fire the F N manager and get someone else immediately. This happens toooooooooooo OFTEN HERE! Picture is a sandwich of my daughters sandwich. I walked into Subway and approached the counter, where a slender employee with a ponytail—later identified as Chris—asked if I had a to-go order. I told him no. Without much of a greeting, he pointed at another employee, Jesse, and a receipt on the wall. Jesse began working on some sandwiches.

There was no “hello” or “welcome to Subway”—just straight to business. I stood there for about two minutes while Jesse made sandwiches and Chris sliced meat. Eventually, I asked Chris if I was going to be helped, to which he replied, “We’re working on your order.” I told him that he didn’t even know what my order was, since I hadn't placed one yet. He responded that he thought I had called in. I reminded him that I said I hadn’t. There was no apology—just silence as he turned back to what he was doing.

After that exchange, I gave my order to Jesse. While I waited, I noticed a sign that read “New Management.” I commented to Chris, who had his back to me, “If this is how you treat customers under new management, I’d hate to see how it was before.”

Chris replied, “It was a misunderstanding. If you don’t like it, you can go to another Subway.”
