Very disappointed and very upset I place my order on the Jack-in-the-Box app. Whenever I went to pick up my order I was told so sorry we're closed for the night due to Staffing my reply was so what about the order I just made. I was told you can cancel that through the Jack-in-the-Box app what's not possible when the order has already been completed so I am now 20 bucks short and without food.
The update went in this morning to see if they can help me they told me the same thing manager was rude about it very rude in fact. To the point where I said I will contact a lawyer because I'm not having it anymore for them to not take the time to help me. For them to not do one or two things give me a refund there in square or just make the food there and give me the order that I placed that you guys failed to make at night it is not our fault as the customer that you guys cannot keep Staffing so contact the lawyer I will. I am a regular customer and I've been treated rude in the past but this goes beyond the limitations of customer service this is disgusting service this is pathetic to be told that I can cancel the order after it has been placed and paid for and it says complete you can't cancel something that has already been completed and then they tell me to call customer service no. no one picks up no one has been there to help me so my hand is forced to contact a lawyer because I feel robbed of someone's Mistake by not entering a simple entry on the system that will disable orders on the phone app and she even said it last night oh I forgot to disable the online orders well you have to contact customer service and cancel it through the app and...
Read moreThe female employees that take orders for the drive thru at night usually have a horrible attitude and are very rude, they have smart-aleck remarks when placing your order and rush you to finish ordering. These past few months they have not been taking orders after 9pm and say “they are only accepting online orders at the moment bc they are short staffed/ or none at all” but yet I have seen cars ahead of me when going around at the window and see everyone chit chatting inside and goofing around throwing items at eachother. Their shake machines “never work”. When asking if I can get fresh tacos they say they can only use the microwave now since they no longer fry the tacos anymore….curly fries are always dry and look like they have been sitting there all day. I have been coming to this Jack since elementary (I’m 33 now) when they had the sesame buns and ever since the repairs have been made this place has gone down hill, service is horrible horrible horrible. Never coming here again. Just ghetto as can be and very sloppy management. This place needs to be shut down and turned into something else that appreciates their customers helping them make a living. Read moreOMG, I've written a lot of these reviews. I just realized that I got the locations wrong. I had just left the Jack in the Box, off of Loop 820. That's where I received no service in the drive thru. I had sat there for 7-8 minutes after they asked me to hold. And I drove off after they never came back to take my order. I was taking a rider home towards the Jack in the Box near Seminary South location. They were still craving Jack in the Box. I really didn't want to stop after the previous one 20 minutes prior. But, I stopped, and received very good service. Didn't have to wait long for them to take my order at the drive thru. The food was made to order and was hot and fresh. I didn't realize that I wrote the negative review for the wrong store until I got an email from the Seminary location.
