Cash America is better! Only reason I came here was because they were open on Sundays. Only reason I gave them two stars instead of one. The manager is rude I was running late and called to give them notice I was on my way. I pulled up one min before they closed and he wouldn't let me in. So now my stuff is over the due date. Not to mention when I pawned my ps4 there was a game in it that I borrowed. They wouldnt let me take it out to get it back. They didnt give me extra money for that game so they needed to give me it. Im going there first thing in the morning. If my game isnt in there im going to be pissed. Because of course theres no way to prove it now. And I refuse to pay the due date too! I get off of work at 6 and got stuck in rush hour traffic, called them to give them notice I was coming and they refused to let me in. I understand everyone wants to go home when they get off. My first time here and I wasn't impressed. I was picking up my gun. A guy there was helping me. I actually saw one employee throw another employee under the bus when what looked like a disgruntled customer was complaining about her payments. The short lady with high lights told her that the other girl with tattoos thought it was funny when the owner put out her items the day before. Instead of rectifying the situation she made it worse and made me uncomfortable. I felt sorry for the girl. That customer started yelling obscenities at her after the lady with the high lights told her that. Poor girl. I liked her. She complimented me on my tattoos. Its sad they don't treat their employees better. I couldn't find a number for corporate anywhere online so I thought I would just post a review on here. Goofy Travis I was actually here the night this took place and that lady was upset because the employee with the tattoos was laughing at her. The lady asked her what was she laughing at and the employee got a little loud with her. I would have escalated my voice as well, but come on bud she wasn’t using any inappropriate language. That lady said she made her feel uncomfortable. I’ve had a run in with that employee there as well and I’m a long time customer. I actually thought it was funny because I was coming to express my concern in regards to how unprofessional this new employee was.
