I ordered online 2 sandwiches it gave me a time of 6:51pm I came about 5 minutes after 7:00pm hoping to take and go. I was greeted by a lady where I showed my order number on the phone. She asked me 5 times for my last name. Seems they could not find my order. Another person ask for my name and said your order is not ready, so I sat down and waited, then they asked me what I ordered. Really? That was an online order you should have seen that already. They then said it shows that I ordered 3 sandwiches, I said that is wrong I only paid for 2, but I was ready at this point to get one free, for the inconvenience I was experiencing. Another 5 minutes later while I sat there, they asked my name again and then another lady said your bag is here at the end of counter. Well! Thanks for telling me that. Although I smiled at the employee when we walked in we were glared at by that same employee as she walked passed us to bring in a table from outside. Then slightly gruffly greeted by a women coming from behind the counter. Upon approaching the counter another lady asked if we were going to want hot or cold subs. I replied we weren’t sure yet as we hadn’t even looked at the menu. Read moreAt first I ordered on the mobile app and picked up a sub with extra meat and unfortunately it did not have what I consider to be extra meat. So I emailed the manager John, and he agreed that it did not look like it was extra meat. I went in a second time and the same thing happened even after opening the sub and asking a manager there on the line. I emailed John again to which he wanted to make sure the customer service and product is correct for his customers. He said he wanted to have a conversation with his crew so I gave it a little over a months time and went back in last night and picked up a sub with extra meat. It was made just as ordered, plenty of meat and John has corrected the issue!
