The "manager" Rodrigo is extremely rude and unprofessional. We ordered a ton of food and then asked for our buy one/get one reward from doing a receipt survey. First he charged us full price and when we explained it was supposed to be half price, he just said to pull around. When we did, he looked at our receipt and said that they could not honor the reward if it was a receipt from another location. When I explained I had done this multiple times for many years and never had anyone not honor it, he said that they were not supposed to. Defeated, I asked if they could honor it this one time because the rest of our food was going to get cold driving to the other location and that I would be sure to go to the original location next time, he said no and was very condescending. Not wanting to order anything else with this manager, we ended up going to the other location and the manager at that location said that he could have of course honored it!! Read moreWent today and ordered as usual… paid and told to go to spot 6. There were people waiting in all other spots, and lady pulled into 7. About 10 minutes after paying lady in spot 7 gets food. So I wait a couple more minutes thinking ours was next, nope. So get out and go in with receipt waited a couple more minutes to be acknowledged flashed receipt and she runs off thinking she’s going to grab my order, nope again!!! Then a couple minutes later another manager comes and gets my receipt, still nothing!!!!! I told her that since I’ve been waiting so long that I would like a refund with my food. So she refunds my money and walks off, once again thinking she’s going to get our food… NOPE again!!!!! I wait for a few more minutes and they look and ask me what I’m waiting for??? Read moreThis mcdonalds is so rude, Libbey or lebie whatever her name is was yelling at one of the workers and this is not the first time I have seen this since I'm a uber driver I always eat on the go. Another worker Leslie is very rude especially when I asked another associate for her name she got all mad when I asked for her name. The food is always cold and mixed up and I'm always getting someone else's order. Word of advice check your bags because it's always wrong. The young men and ladies that work there are really trying as you can tell they need training because they are young but what's the excuse for the older people and the managers???
