I really dislike how they give you half your order in the first drive thru window then make you wait 4,5,6 minutes or so to get the rest of your order in the second pick up window. I live about a mile down the road and my food is always ice cold by the time I get home.
I assume this is being done to make their drive thru times. Otherwise, why not allow my food ,that is ready, to stay under the heat lamps until the rest of my order is complete?
I really wanted to like this location. I have young kids that love getting happy meals and they are so close to home. More often than not I regret it when I decide to order here. No sauce for my nuggets, missing fries, straws or cold food.
It's true that the employees are not so friendly but I haven't had any notably bad experiences with them. The dining area inside is new, clean and quite nice. I haven't dined in so I can't really comment on that. I have gone in to get missing items and it does take a very long time to be noticed. Maybe some sort of audible bell that rings in the kitchen when the doors are opened would be helpful.
This place has potential and I hope when I decide to try them again in a few months I will be pleseantly surprised. Until then, I will drive the extra two miles to Clifford.
Wanted to update this review. I did end up giving this location another try. To my surprise my order was correct. I didnt have to wait at the second window. The food was hot and all items were included. I have visited a total of three times since I posted my less than favorable review. I have had good service each of those...

As a long-standing resident of the Chapel Creek area and a customer who lives less than three minutes from this McDonald’s location, I feel obligated to formally document the chronic and systemic issues I have personally experienced across more than twenty separate visits.
The Chapel Creek McDonald’s consistently demonstrates a profound lack of operational oversight, including: • Poor leadership and absence of managerial accountability • Unprofessional and discourteous customer service • Substandard food preparation, often resulting in improperly cooked or assembled items • Concerning hygiene and cleanliness practices both in customer-facing areas and kitchen operations
These are not isolated incidents, but rather persistent and widespread failures that suggest a breakdown at every level of this location’s management and training standards.
Given the health and safety implications involved — including visible hygiene violations — I respectfully request an immediate and thorough investigation by the appropriate health authorities. If meaningful corrective action cannot be swiftly implemented, I believe this location should face potential closure to safeguard public health.

When I tried to asked why I was charged twice she ignored me and walked back into the back of the kitchen. When I called to asked who was working the front some guy who likes guys gave me the biggest attitude. This place is garbage and they just opened. Stay away from this place they can’t hire any decent ppl.
Went through the drive through and had the worst experience. I drove up and didn’t see anybody in the first window so I went to the second. I sat there for 30 min while watching the ppl behind me receive their food. The employee couldn’t walk two feet to give me my food. She just let me sit there until I drove into a parking spot and went in. The manager acted like she didn’t know where I was. She played dumb knowing I was at the second window.
