We are very upset. We feel we were lied to about the gluten free Cauliflower pizza cost. We went on opening night and paid buffet prices. We were told we could order gf and it would be a " specialty pizza" and they would bring it to our table. They did. My daughter and I ate the gluten free. It was the size of a personal size pizza. Today we went back in the mid- afternoon, and we were told we would have to pay BUFFET pricing and an extra $6 for every Cauliflower crust pizza we had made. My husband talked to someone who the cashier got, he was smirking and said," We changed our mind on pricing this week. This was our opening week.". So, we left. We are not going to pay buffet pricing and not get ," All you can eat", much less pay an additional $6 for gf crust. I realize at other pizza establishments gf crusts cost a bit extra, but threy don't have you pay buffet price. Other establishments charge for the gf pizza and a drink. Whoever the man was my husband talked to was rude and arrogant and had a attitude. My husband was very calm and we will not come back, unless this policy changes. Their first week and they were being deceptive about costs....Don't charge a buffet price and on top of that charge $6 per crust! We went somewhere else and had a large gf pizza. Also, the cashier was completely clueless. She didn't know how to enter a specialty pizza. If this was opening week, shouldn't they have been trained how to do the cash register? Seems like management needs to do a better job training so the employees are on the same page with taking orders,...
Read moreWe literally went two days in a row. The nostalgia this place brings my family and I is next level. The staff is really friendly and incredibly attentive. Most restaurants run skeleton crews these days, it was nice to see a place well staffed. I really hope it stays that way.
The FOOD! Salad bar is so delicious, so fresh, and had so many different toppings and dressings. The pasta and breadsticks are really good and taste exactly like I remember. The pizza is excellent y'all; if you don't see what you want, you can ask for ANY specialty pizza you want and you'll get it hand-delivered to your table in a matter of minutes. (I don't think a lot of people know this) Desert pizza is 10/10, I hope they add the cherry pie pizza someday😍 I'm so glad they keep the same recipes
Cleanliness 10/10, your used plates are cleared fast, and drinks can be refilled by staff. They have TV going for any audience which I love, that's such a fun part of Mr. Gattis, one thing I really wanna commend them on is that they use subtitles!
The games and arcade are very fun, I can't wait to see what they add over the years – fun for all ages as well. And of course they have a cute party room set up right next to the game room. But I really wanted to mention that this place lit up my world as a kid, so please remember that this place is for them too and I'm just glad we get to...
Read moreNew pizza buffet that just opened in my area. Loved all the salad topping choices. I liked the themed dining sections, only personal problem for me was how loud it is. I could use a quiet section for people with no kids, or maybe on a date. But understandable, it's a family place. A bunch of screaming excited kids. The screeching of the medal chairs on concrete floors adds to the chaos with the all the movement. But i must say, employees wore gloves, where friendly, clean, properly dressed, and most impressive to me was that they where NOT on their cell phones. Thats something that really bothers me about employees working at restaurants or fast food. Family and i also enjoyed the arcade. We dont have kids but we wanted to enjoy a good game of air hockey anyway. Absolutely would recommend for those who have kids or want to have a kids party. And because the restaurant is so new, only open a week ago, I saw alot of management presence. I really hope that continues as it becomes more popular. I will...
