The old white lady who was running the drive thru window at 6:00 PM on 9/10/2023 needs to be fired. I place my orders through the app when I order from here. The location is usually good about having the order ready at the promised time. I arrived at the drive thru after the promised time this day. I tell her my name and she confirms my order by looking at her screen. She then tells me that my order isn't ready and for me to pull in a reserved slot and they will bring it out. Ok. No problem, except I could look at her face and tell she was lying. I waited about 8 minutes, which is now 15 minutes after my promised time, so I know it should be ready. I got back in the drive thru line only to find out when I got to the window, that there is no order associated with my name or my number. So this means that she removed my order out their system. I explained to the guy running the window the second time what happened and they gave me someone else's order because they gave me a large to make up for the problem. So I don't know who you are, if you are racist, bitter, or hate your life, but you don't do customers like that. Maybe she was mad that I had ordered enough for a free pizza, which is even more of an issue because that means I order Pizza Hut frequently.. either way I'm done with this location. The manager should fire that lady, she's bad for business. But I'm also filing a complaint with corporate so they can know that she needs to be addressed. Read moreHave been to this Pizza Hut a couple times and haven’t had issues, but my last experience will make this more likely my last. I ordered through the IPhone app, the app says my food is ready, I go into the store and get told by a worker they can’t find my order and sometimes when you order through the app the order just gets lost (even though I already payed for it) so if I want my food I’ll have to reorder and pay for it again. I say fine. I wait in the store for what I ordered, 15 minutes later they come tell me that the pizza I ordered is done but they forgot to put the melt I ordered in the oven and if I want that then I’ll have to wait another 15 minutes! At this point I was also offered store credit for the melt I got if I wanted to leave, I said no and wanted the money back on my card which was done begrudgingly. I asked to speak to a manager about this terrible experience, I was told the manager was too busy to speak to me at that moment. Tonight however I used the restroom and there was a waitress in the stall next to me. She left the stall without washing her hands. She had been in there for awhile so I’m not sure if she was having problems or playing on her phone. Either way hands should have been washed. I asked our waiter who the manager was and he said Carlos. I asked to speak with him and after a few minutes this waitress comes to speak with me. I told her she didn’t was her hands in the bathroom. She claimed to wash her hands in the kitchen and that’s what she normally does. I told her I believe that she is required to wash her hands in the bathroom.
