Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Basically the same compliant of so many others. Terrible customer service. Another person and I pulled up as an employee looked out the window --- visibly noticing we were walking in. We both proceeded to stand in lobby for almost five minutes before an employee even spoke to us. Mind you it was an employee from the back. He then proceeded to tell the front area employee (the same employee who seen us walk in) that costumers were waiting. The front area employee was so rude and brash. When I asked for my 2Liter she responded they didn't have any. I replied well it was a menu item. She then proceeded to tell me well we have some but they are not cold. --- well thank you for checking. I took it and left. The only reason I gave them 1 stars is because the pizza was good, but management REALLY needs to get it together. I think these people forget that they have jobs because customers pay to go there. This location will never receive my hard earned money. Instead of talking their azzes off in the back how about stocking up on items or mopping the dusty dirty lobby. ---- Congratulations on the first ever one star...

I placed an order at 7:05 for 12 pizzas. I was told that if I get delivery it would be 60 mins, but if I pick up it would be 15 mins. I placed the order and said I would pick up. I allowed additional time and arrived at 7:40. The manager Meme asks for my name couldn’t find it. When I told her I ordered 40 mins ago she found it and said oh we didn’t have the right dough. I asked her ok so how much more longer she than says .. I then come back 20 mins later. Still NO pizzas. She said we had to wait for the dough to get ready. I asked how long as our party was coming to an end for the kids. She walked off didn’t come back for some time. I asked for corporate she said she doesn’t have one. She don’t know the email address yet she wrote a lady name Tiffany down on paper for me to call her. I asked for the owner she doesn’t know but your the manager. Her name was not on her badge. The gentleman cooking them kept asking if I was ok. I asked would we get some free for the wait or inconvenience she said no. Yet she’s in the back yelling at one of the workers… I’m extremely...

Taylor the manager on duty which I placed my order with and I ask for light light sauce. Received my pizza and the sauce was so thick it was coming up on the top. It disgusted me and I had to throw whole large pizza in trash. Called the store and Taylor answered and when I told her about my pizza she said she would give me a credit but I didn't want a credit I wanted another pizza. She said they could not replace my pizza. If I wanted another pizza I was going to have to bring my pizza back to the store. The whole point of delivery is not leaving your house. When I told her she was not a good manager, she even more rudely than she was already laughed and said oh yea. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend this pizza hut till they get managers wanting to do their jobs right. I am a long time pizza hut eater and I will not use this store ever again.
