Lickin Fried Chicken Fort Worth — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Found this restaurant on Google maps and thought I’d give it a try, what a mistake that was. I ordered 4 pcs. chicken tender (tenders only), an order of potstickers, an order of jalapeño poppers and 2 egg rolls. First off, the chicken tenders were super small, flat, dry as a bone and very tough!!! I’m not joking, one bit, they were literally almost like eating jerky. The potstickers were deep fried and way over cooked. The jalapeño poppers were also very tough. They looked and tasted like the frozen ones you get at Walmart to cook at home. The egg rolls were small, almost like a spring roll, and didn’t have a lot of flavor. I spent right at $23 and I would’ve been better off going anywhere else and spent half as much because I would’ve gotten way better food!!! I will definitely NOT be back and I definitely would NOT recommend this place to anybody!!! Honestly, my food was that terrible. However, the lady at the front was super nice and welcoming, but unfortunately that’s where the pleasant visit ended. They weren’t busy when I pulled up at 12:30 and me and my co-worker was the only people there. He didn’t eat anything because he wanted some livers and they do NOT have livers or gizzards. I mean, it’s probably my own fault that I got some food that was more or less inedible, for the simple fact that I should’ve know better than to eat at a “chicken joint” that doesn’t serve any livers and gizzards!!! Solid place the chicken could have been seasoned a lil more but thats just preference although it was cook to perfection i think. Got the potato salad 9/10 the mac and cheese was different then im used to but in a good way. Fries were amazing maybe a lil more seasoning but 10/10. The service was top tier the lady in front was super nice super friendly. Definitely coming back to try to the fruit fairy after trying the watermelon slush!!!
