Subway — Restaurant in Fort Worth

First of all let me start off with if I could rate this restaurant a zero stars I most certainly would! The customer service was pathetically rude. They didn't have something they did not apologize they were just very rude. The people that were working on the sandwiches we're so ugly and rude when we were checking out they did not make sure that we had our items that we purchased with our money. So unbearably unprofessional do not recommend this place. I will also be contacting your corporate office in regards to this. The customer that had just left left looked very unsatisfied as well. Not to mention she (the employee) did not change her gloves the entire time while making all three sandwiches. Even grabbing the oven door she used the same gloves. The food was not fresh at all!!!!!!!!!! The sandwiches...

I odered a foot long tuna with double meat. They put on 2 scoops on one side, then two on the other six inch side then 2 more for the double meat. That is 6, the last time I learned how to count. There are supposed to be 8 scoops on a double meat. Then she scooped up 2 more and just plopped it on there when I called her out on it, and then she slid it down and walked away. Never spread it out. Very rude. I'm so tired of subway in general, but mostly tired of them always trying to cut corners and not giving customers what they ordered. And why must they build the sandwich upside down? Don't they know that the sandwich stays together so much better when the meat is the base, not the veggies? I don't know how they stay in...

This can not be the world we are living in, this subway is so unprofessional!!!!! The ladies they have working here are just soooo unprofessional and have no customer service skills, why even get up and come if you are not happy... stay home with your problems.... The first time I came here I didn't worry about it, I just blew it off. The next time I came they gave me bread that was hard as a brick, now this last time they just made the most sloppy sandwiches I ever saw.... so I continued to let her make them... until we got to check out and I told her to keep it... then she looked at me surprised....
