Taco Bueno — Restaurant in Fort Worth

So my daughter reported this location today and the night manager lied! Don’t come to this location at night time when this lady is there. She s young Hispanic chick that doesn’t care about your food, at all and normally has a rude attitude! We have been coming here since it opened since we stay in the neighborhood! Last night was my last time coming here!

THIS LOCATION JUST CAN’T GET IT RIGHT! If you don’t like your job, let someone who would appreciate it work it! On top of the shells not even being half full, there broken!!! Ridiculous!

Update, about 10 mins ago I decided to give this location another change because I’m sick and couldn’t drive to far! As I’m telling the rude ass lady at the drive thru my order, I couldn’t hear her well! I’m sick, so my ears are stopped up plus I have a mask on! I ask her to please repeat what she said because I couldn’t hear her, she said I ALREADY REPEATED YOUR ORDER! God was on her side today! Im going to leave it at that! She doesn’t need to work the drive thru not work fast food if your gonna be rude just because you THINK you can! I drove off to keep from getting out of character today, the next person mightn’t be so nice! Check yourself young lady!!!

I left this place about 5 mins ago!!! I was charged for extra cheese that I didn’t freaking get and 2 orders of Churros!! I get home and none of it is in the bag!!! I’m so furious right now! When a person is tired from working a 12 hr shift, the least you can do is get there order right!! I’m done with this half clean, can’t get order right restaurant!! Honestly they never should have placed this restaurant in the neighborhood! One of the worse Taco...

This Welfare Taco Bueno on 10700 South Freeway had some Rude welfare dude working the drive thru. Looking like a run down Charles White. I almost thought he was going to escalate it into a fight. Not that I cared, but I never expect to fight a fast food server. It wasn’t food for me, so I didn’t really care if they spit in it. But definitely won’t go back to this location if they have this type of problem people working. Couple days before I went to the Taco Bell location, and actually had a nice conversation with them. And they were even joking with me. Go to the Burleson location if you can....

Ordered and paid for EXTRA salsa as well as requesting salsa on various items. ZERO SALSA. No extra and not on any of the food items. I can handle cold food, but what mexican or tex-mex place doesn't put salsa (even one) in the bag?? I can see maybe not adding it directly to the food items as requested, but none with the order?

The only reason I agreed to pay ridiculous prices for a delivery from you was because your salsa is that good. If you're not going to put it in the order, why bother...
