Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I just drove through this Taco Bell where I stopped to get dinner for my large family. We ordered a taco 12 pack, a bean burrito grande meal, two number 2s and two number 14s. When I pulled up to the window I paid the $50.16 bill and was then handed our drinks. We had ordered 2 root beers and 2 Pepsis, but received 4 Pepsis. I was then handed the Toca 12 pack and told "it's all in there" before the employee closed the window. I did not pull away, and the employee reopened the window and I said, "everything is in here?" And then listed everything that we had ordered. She said, "yes" and closed the window again. We opened the box and it contained only the 12 tacos. When I still didn't pull away, she reopened the window and I told her that the box only contained the tacos and handed it back to her with my receipt. She handed the box of tacos back to me, along with another bag and said, "that's all of it." We opened the bag and it only contained the bean burritos. She opened the window one more time and I told her what we were still missing the meals and I was then handed another bag with the remaining items. How she could have thought that a box containing 12 small tacos contained all 32 items I ordered is beyond me. And I'm not even going to get into how poorly made and wrapped the food was. Worst take out experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell sat in the drive through for an hour waiting for the guy to take peoples orders finally got to my turn and the boy taking orders was not professional at all they messed up my food and when asked if they could fix it he asked if they could just me the stuff to do it myself this is not typically and issue for me but I had just worked 14 hours and did not want to have to make my own food correctly after sitting in line for it for an hour they reluctantly did remake my food but I pulled around and went to wait inside while I waited the boy taking orders was playing on his phone and talking to someone on the phone instead of taking orders or helping out another worker when asked to take an elderly lady’s order mumbled something about not getting paid enough and walking away without taking her order one of the workers around the food DID NOT have a hairnet on which is disgusting this store was very dirty and not from a single day of work but from several the employees are very unprofessional and slow so unless they get new employees and fix this place up I would not...

The employees are polite but sound like they are miserable at their job... i was missing an item i ordered .. but i checked on my receipt and it wasnt even on there so they didn't hear me or just ignored it ... im not sure ill be back

Update I hadn't returned to this restaurant since my last expirience was awful but I decided to give them a second chance since my family and I were really craving it. Well we went at 12 am through the drive thru. And there was a car infront of us who ordered and left with a meal. We on the other hand were told to wait in the middle of her taking our order. We waited 25-30 MINUTES and then she (employee) told us "the system is down we can't take your order" as we drive off we notice the car behind us is not driving off as if they are taking their order so we wait another 5 minutes to see if the car behind us in line was gonna drive off.
