I wouldn’t even give them a star but this needs to be sent here !!! Reporting the fact that something I’m allergic to was in the food when I told them they said I can’t get a refund ! Or to fix the problem .. they said that since others have gotten food and have no issues they can’t do anything ! The rice tasted like fish as well !! They kept my food and stared at me the whole time my family ate their meal!...

Ni se de donde empesar…la direccion dice que este socursal esta afuera de la Gran Plaza pero esta adrento. Luego el aroma y humo o aceite en el aire esta tan grueso que lo siento en la garganta. Necesitan mejor sistema de ventilacion. Queriamos probar la comida antes de pedir un platillo fuerte. Las tripas doradas estaban bien duras, no tenian nada de gruesor. Parecian popotes o chicharrones huecos. Tambien el proceso de arrimarte el menu a tu cara es muy desaliñiado. Guarda tu dinero y elige otro lugar para comer.

The directions show this location to be outside La gran plaza but it is inside. We were very disappointed with the overall experience here, from the poor ventilation in the building to the tackiness of the vendors putting the menu up to your face. The tripa tacos were strange, they were crunchy but not in a good way. It was as if they were dehydrated and then air fried. They tasted like pork flavored straw bites. Took way too long to make my simple order or loaded fries. Got the food and the cheese looked and tasted disgusting. Ask POLITELY if i could get my order remade in a different way or a refund. They simply said no because the manager wasn’t there and there was nothing...
