Filiberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Fountain Hills

I work all over the valley and I have been to more than a dozen locations. Major inconsistencies with the service provided at this location. Combo prices include the food AND a drink. If your location does not offer the food and the drink, they are ripping you off. While the food is good, the portions are HALF the size of other locations.

I spoke with the woman in charge and she states that all Filiberto's are different... no, they are a franchise, therefore all menu item should be the same. Prices do vary per location but not great portions or items included in the price. The only solution was to search online for the filiberto's 1 800 number and make a complaint there...

I am an avid fan of Filiberto's, but this location has sour their experience by their laid back attitude.

My experience this morning was very unfortunate! We have been buying food from this location for 5 years. Love the owners but I couldn’t understand why the ladies hung up the phone. It’s great for businesses to take constructive criticism!! I called to make a suggestion told them I was calling as a suggestion on the quality of the burrito. I ordered a papa, chorizo, and egg breakfast burrito. Paid 24.89 for two, seems rather pricey for drive through window. I have to say I had to throw it out. The chorizo over powered the egg, actually minimal egg to be found. Potato had the black spots not throughly cleaned, the burrito was dripping oil. No bueno!! I called back the ladies to give them a suggestion, not to get a refund. The lady yelled at me that she didn’t care about the quality of the chorizo it’s what the owner buys. A white male teenager called me the n word I got really mad but I chose to be calm about since he’s only a kid but it’s really offensive since it’s black history month and discriminated me for my skin color!
