Thumbs up for the service. The server was attentive and friendly! The restaurant has a welcoming vibe. Now for the food, if you come for a typical ramen out there, (some chains have ruined with simplicity), don’t expect much here. I first felt odd trying this Spicy Miso Ramen because it had a little bit of sourness to the soup; but as a whole, once it brought altogether with the veggies and spicy broth and became a different taste and experience. Also, chashu was bomb! Soft but still some chewy texture. My 7-yr-old son who has experienced more than 20 different ramen shops, he will be back for more!

First time here. I had the Spicy Miso Ramen with an added egg, and I liked it especially with all of the vegetables and green onion that are thinly sliced. My husband had the Chasu Ramen with as added egg. He thought it should be more salty but it definitely was good on the salt and did not need more. He is use to, and generally like eating the ramen with added garlic but he did not add it today. If he added the garlic, I am sure he would like the ramen even more. We both had the Ban Nai Bun. Which was good but it would've been even better if the whole thing was warm, and with a little more meat.

The house specialty fried chicken was ridiculously good. The ramen....100% on point. The flavor of the pork broth is so incredibly savory. The noodles seemed fresh and were cooked perfectly, as were the neatly sliced, tender cuts of pork chashu. It was great to sit and have a beer and lunch in a restaurant. Been a while. Great random choice and I'll be back many, many times for sure.

2.15.25 update - we have grown to like mixed vegie noodles and we have been oming many many times with good experiences. Today, the pork is dead salty. Doesn't the central kitchen do any QC and taste their own food before sending to stores?? I did mention to witress but nothing she can do.. Will try again next time.. hooe it improves

9/10/2022 Update - I have been back here a few times for their food (They have good noodles).. knowing their wait time.. I have tried to avoid regular meal time.. just like today, we came @ 4pm. I was seated right away.. Food is always good.. very relaxing and enjoyable time.. There was a small bunch of noodles decided to glue together therefore was not cooked through.. It is easy to miss and shouldn't be anyone's fault.. but I made a mention so it doesn't happen to other guests.. Unexpectantly, when my check came.. they credited my bowl of noodles.. I was surprised and told the waitress that wasn't my intend.. the food was good.. but they insisted on the credit.. I thank them for the gesture and earned more stars from me. I am sure.. I will be back for the food.

1.26.2020 Update - So we decided to have Ramen instead of Sushi.. Upon arrival, I joined the waiting list (5 parties waiting) and told the server that I am here waiting.. although there are about 15 parties join the wait list from Yelp however not present. Several times the waiter would call out names of people from Yelp that isn't there.. After 10 minutes of waiting, I observed 2 parties that came late after their names were called.. what pissed me off is.. they were seated right away without waiting. Needless to say.. I got into my car and drove away. They didn't called my name for almost an hour later.. I had already arrived at the Sushi off Beach Blvd.. Sat down, ordered and drinking my hot tea.

They need to better treat walk up customers.. For now.. I am refusing to come here again.. No Ramen is worth 1 hour wait time.

11.16.2019 Update - We ordered a Miso and Mix Vegetable.. strictly to the food.. I have to say.. it is very good.. too bad I wasn't really enjoying the food.. was thinking I want to leave as soon as I can. To my surprise, due to my experience.. the head servicer waived my bill thus changed my attitude..

Finally.. Food is 5 stars.. just wish I was able to enjoy it.. maybe next time.

11.16.2019 Initial impression... SUCK. We checked in with first available.. they kept us waiting over 45 minutes.. and yet plenty of seats including 4 seats at the bar. When I asked, I was told there is 1 more party ahead of me.. wait.. there are 1 table that seats 4 plus 4 bar seats. They finally seated us at the bar.. now that I am unhappy.. let's see how...

The ramen was delicious. The problem was this: My friend and I arrived at just after five and received our ramen shortly after. They were not busy. After maybe five minutes, an employee came by to take away our gyoza plate. After that, every three or four minutes (very literally) someone came by to try to fill something, take something, ask us something. We were two friends, having dinner and conversation and were interrupted constantly. I have never seen anything like it. We both couldn't believe it. It was as if there was a line out the door and they wanted to move us out...but there wasn't. It was the least relaxing meal I have ever had. At one point when my ramen was half gone, I was asked if they could take it. I said no...and all of this occurred between about 515 and 545. We were there for a total of about 35 or 40 minutes so we were interrupted probably six or...

We placed a large order, waited 45 minutes, drove 15 minutes to the restaurant and they gave our order to someone else. How does that happen when they check your credit card against the receipt when you pick it up! The workers were so nonchalant about it to! They said, we can get it started but it'll be a while. They should have made every effort to remake our order cutting the prep time in half. We would need to wait in the car for 30 minutes? Ridiculous! They offered to give us a free appetizer but didn't give us a voucher or anything. How are they supposed to remember they offered us a free appetizer? This isn't the first time they messed up our order. They've forgotten the ramen noodles. Why do we go back? The ramen is great! However, the service is lacking lately! They need to get...
