I first came to Pho Flavor after seeing it on social media and being intrigued by what I thought was “flying noodles.” Turns out, the dish is actually called Pho Lying Noodle! I was so curious that I had to try it, and it didn’t disappoint. The presentation was super fun, and the flavor was just as impressive. I ordered the one stir-fried with filet mignon and vegetables, and the beef was so tender and delicious that it completely blew me away.
This was also the first time I’ve had pho served in such elegant bowls—they felt almost like works of art! The attention to detail in the presentation, from the beautiful basil vase to the unique dishes, made the experience feel extra special.
Another thing I loved was the ability to customize the broth. Most places just serve it one way, but here, you can choose Northern-style for a richer, deeper flavor or Southern-style if you prefer something lighter. My husband usually struggles with broths that are too strong, so this option was perfect for him.
Pho Flavor isn’t just about the food—it’s also about the visuals and the overall dining experience. It’s such a beautiful restaurant, and every detail makes it a joy...
Read moreServers don't deserve a tip for doing nothing. They're unattentive and don't care about asking you if you need anything. The food was mid. For my first time me being at that restaurant. I have been to several other pho restaurants and they haven't been this level of bad customer service. I didn't understand the menu, and the server didn't care to explain the type of noodles they had. He didn't ask if we wanted anything to drink either. The sauce mixture wasn't something pleasant to deal with, especially since the spoon was too thick to scoop it in the 1st place. Wanted a check and had to flag down another server since the one we had ignored me. When I asked for the check he simply said, "You pay at the front," and proceeded to walk off instead of charging me at the register. At that point it wasn't even worth asking for a to go bowl. I came here because someone had recommended the food but in reality the service is what bumped it down to an...
Read moreI'm really excited for the new location cause it's closer to my home. The restaurant is clean & larger with a lot of parking spots available.
I was greeted with staff upon entering & was seated immediately.
I'm especially excited for their new menu items such as the egg rolls, fried donut, flying stir friend noodles (vegan version available), pho with stir fried beef & FREE frozen yogurt when you check in on Yelp.
My food came in order with the appetizer coming first then my entree shortly.
It feels just like home when I can eat northern style pho with the Chinese donuts especially when it's a gloomy day. Portion size is always filling & they have a black bowl at this location instead.
The restaurant is modern, clean & sports natural wood interior. They also have a bathroom with a bidet &...
